This repetitive drone can be listened to or ruminated upon as a beginner’s introduction to meditation. One can hold attention in the mid-point of the two eyebrows to effortlessly repose in calmness. When synchronized with correct breathing techniques the Oṃ frequencies in the key of A at 432Hz have been known to increase oxygenation.
