Distinct.Radi0 began in 2004, with first LP complete in the summer of 2005. In the UK, they found themselves booked for quite a number of live gigs taking them from Morecambe Bay to the Midlands, in and around Birmingham and all the way down south to Brighton. Along with live shows, DR-0 tracks have been included on both physical radio stations and internet broadcasts on: BBC WM 95.6, Brumcast with DJ Little Chris, Ian's Robocast Radio, the-muzic. com, VogueFM, Diversity 103.5 FM with DJ N8, more recently on Scrubradio, NEON BEATZ with DJ UK Red, and Woodyradio.com.

Closing Eyes are inspired by everything from classic indie, 60s pop and jam bands. They’ve released two albums on Eget Selskap, Soft Years in 2018 and Eternal Fidelity in 2020. Both saw some very favorable reviews from the Norwegian press. 

After releasing Eternal Fidelity at the peak of the pandemic they were left clueless were to go next. Then they started to jam. The idea was to record everything live, discard all backing tracks and most of the overdubs and studio trickery. Just to see what would happen. This new approach paved an interesting new direction for the band. They’ve signed with Sheep Chase records for their third effort, Searching For Shangri-La. All the new material was recorded live at Studio Paradiso with Markus Forsgren from The Lionheart Brothers and Jaga Jazzist.
