Nascido e criado na Vila Guilherme periferia da Zona Norte de São Paulo Junior Dread representa a nova geração da música reggae.
  Em mais de 10 anos de carreira conta com um disco lançado a frente da banda Reggae Style e singles e dubplates  lançados na Europa e EUA.
Já se apresentou por todo o Brasil com os principais nomes da cena reggae nacional e internacional.
   Com músicas gravadas em português e inglês vem cada vez mais se destacando e cruzando fronteiras  se apresentando em diversos países como Japão 2008 ,Alemanha 2010 ,Austrália,Nova Zelândia,Londres,Espanha,Portugal e Rep Checa em 2011 quebrando barreiras e fortalecendo o nome do Brasil na cena reggae mundial.
  Ainda em 2011 lançou a música e o videoclipe "Não deixe de lutar"  com participação de Gustavo "Black Alien" e produção da dupla Stereodubs, e que já faz parte da programação da Mtv.
  Agora se prepara para o lançamento do seu primeiro disco solo em 2012.

Carlos Almeida Jr "aka" Junior Dread represents the new generation of counciouss reggae music worldwilde.
His music bring the positive message of love
and "overstanding" to the world.
He's been toured at Japan,Germany,Austrália,New Zealand,Portugal,Uk,Czech Republic,Spain and all over Brasil spreading the "word Sound Power" Culture.
On 2012 he will release the Ep Junior Dread Vs Delmighty Sounds and his first album on Brasil.

Colombian DJ and producer based in Brazil, my sound emerges from the intersection of minimal techno, experimental music, deep house and down tempo. My approach is defined by texture, precision, and a deep curiosity for how sound can shape emotion and movement.

A defining part of my background comes from the time I spent traveling through Los Andes, capturing natural sounds—wind cutting through steep ridges, distant river echoes, birds tracing their own melodic signatures across the morning sky. These field recordings became a personal archive of raw timbres that I now blend into my productions, merging organic resonance with digital minimalism.

My influences include Richie Hawtin, Marc Houle, Miss Kittin, M.A.N.D.Y., Hernán Bass, and other artists who explore the dancefloor with innovation, subtlety, and narrative depth.

Through my tracks and DJ sets, I aim to create immersive spaces where repetition becomes hypnosis, movement becomes meditation, and sound becomes a pathway inward.
