I am materialist and researcher, congruously believing in GOD in the scientific form upon my researches documented through various  discoveries in form of news, applied science or University essays. Further i will describe briefly the theory, however don't feel offensed by the other Religions, they were Frequencies at the period as much as those studies. (Hail Mary, pray for us sinners, Amen, Ashtag Firullah, probably the Messiah still need to reveal itself, never judge too quick, worshipping the Sun, the orbits, the constellations and so on...).

{Lived a life of "Arcane" "Superior" Esoteric Punishments due to my way of being stubborn, agnostic and psychonaut, till i discovered god myself through science, NO ONE WANTS TO WITNESS, my family avoids staying in contact with me, I live happy and far from humanity/historical ancient  fables, I WORSHIP SCIENCE AND EVOLUTION}.

Situation is UNFORTUNATE, the average person grew up in misery if not complete poverty, believes in fables spiritually and is NEVER able to apply an ANALYTICAL thought on the situation because extremely stressed and unsatisfied by his/her own experiences, wanting to feel exclusive upon a life of conjectures/FABLES fed by criminals in constant DEBTS, therefore: 

STOP LURKING screens/WITNESSING SPECTACLE, STOP THINKING KILLER and PRETENDING AVENGE, BE AUTOGENIC AS MOST AS POSSIBLE, AVOID JUDGING TOO QUICK!

(Sound Designer and Mastering engineer with 31+ years of experience, currently studying Biomedical Sciences and Liberal Arts and Sciences, found many DISCOVERIES to nurture).

Upon My Researches, (denied by a branch of psychiatry/medicine): 
SEXUAL HEALTH = PSYCHICAL HEALTH

The average doctor will avoid saying so, not the ancient roman: "Mens sana in corpore sano", something to remind always...

3 FOCAL POINTS TO START UNDERSTANDING YOUR FEELINGS while walking:

1: Dispense energies, be constant, fast walk possibly if the path is short, if the path is long don't rush it but get ready to hold the weight after several hours.

2: remind yourself constant excersise aiming to not feel harassed/obliged, perceiving a sense of struggle, 
this is a trick i rarely used, but efficient, especially while young:
do pushups any time it comes to your mind, anywhere, whenever wherever, just care to be in a safe enviroment while doing so.

3: Analyze the enviroment habitually while walking, check the sun and try to guess what time of the day you are experiencing...Are you a tired Videogamer in look for some life purposes? Go have a long walk and possibly observe the change in the BIOMES...One of the best feelings on Earth.

Indulged by the rhythmical sound of your  breathing asleep, i observe the delicious curves of your body, full of pride. 

The scent of your hairs reminiscent of a breeze,  hailing from the sea waves, during a cozy sunny summer day. 

How long will this last, eternal beautiful instants of joy, deep in the soul, you will be mine even today...

I cry, obliged to hide myself when i do...
