Tiny Leaves is the music of Joel Nathaniel Pike. He has developed his sound as a solo artist alongside years of writing and performing in bands. He describes his music as being rooted in narrative, but is often surprised at the undefinable end result. His music has a delicate, cinematic quality that brings a quiet hope.

Willow Jack is a UK-based indie folk band formed in the heart of Liverpool. Along with the historical city, the vintage characteristics shine through their music. Lyrics are creatively and uniquely written about faces and places through an expression influenced by artists such as Bon Iver, Highasakite and Fay Wildhagen.

Short-haired Domestic is the eponymous first album featuring producer and musician Tim Friese-Greene in collaboration with his partner, musician and songwriter Lee Friese-Greene 

All nine tracks feature a vocal sung in a different language, and have at their heart a breakbeat loop, sampled fragments, scratching, insistent funk and Latin rhythms, surprising appearances of acoustic guitar and just about every sound it's possible to wring from a WASP synthesiser. The result is at once melancholic and driven. 'I was interested in a kind of heavy slowed-down funk, with quite a lot of abstract noise' Tim says, 'and generally embracing dirtiness and imperfection'.

The 'Althea and Donna' template for the vocal delivery sung in Lee’s dry, untutored, South London-ese, gives it a pop edge and sensibility - Tim wanted to avoid any whiff of ‘divaness’ in the vocals, instead allowing the emotion  to be largely generated by the music as a response to the lyric.
