Neshry Trapan is the unapologetic heartbeat of Nairobi’s new wave — a 25-year-old Nairobi based rapper, singer, and producer who turns pain, purpose, and perseverance into sound. His musical journey began early, sparked by Michael Jackson, and at 9 he dove into hip-hop, discovering icons like Soulja Boy, Kanye West, Drake, Lil Wayne, Nas, and Jeezy. By 14, he was writing songs, and at 15, recording himself over big artists’ beats to find his voice. At 17, he released his debut mixtape COLOURS, a raw start that laid the foundation for his growth.
