Soon

Ben Gomori chops up a couple of cratedigging discoveries for the first Monologues Edits release, taking the juiciest bits from two ‘90s house jams and serving them up in one dancefloor-ready and fully-licensed package.  Drum Club pushed a neat line in psychedelic-tinged house music in the first half of the ‘90s and were affiliated with the legendary Spiral Tribe free party crew. Their 1993 release ‘Sound System’ was remixed by the legendary Italian producer and DJ, Claudio Coccoluto, who sadly passed in 2021. His deep and trippy mix centred around a throbbing organ bass groove which Gomori has focused on in his edit which he created back in 2019 and had been readying for release before his passing. All proceeds from this edit will go to Claudio’s family.

1.Meaning 'Kindness is strength'.

The song was borne out of experimenting with tunings, delays and frequencies to try and capture the sounds we hear when out in the county of Lincolnshire. In a world where we are increasingly made to feel divided Corasandel believes that kindness is the new rebellion. One you can dance to. 

Blenefill is backed by the dreampop b-side We Play Forever.

As part of the band's ongoing work with local musicians, artists, producers and labels, 'Blenefill' is released digitally by Old Tin Box Recordings (www.oldtinbox.co.uk) in the UK.

The relaxed, strolling acoustic rhythm and high floating melodies sooth while the thud of synth bass and drum make you quicken your step or press down harder on the go pedal . This New Wolves sound is slowly becoming more familiar and distinct with these old world acoustic and recent world synth sounds meshing together.

"Written in the Autumn of 2020 when the world had shrunk down to a few alleyways and empty streets around my part of the city, I felt both comforted and lost. Draw another circle came out of this time and place."
