Nick Davies is a Welsh techno DJ who grew up with the UK rave scene during its inception in the very early '90s.
He was introduced to decks at the age of 18 (by a chance meeting with very like-minded people), he found quickly that he has a real passion for manipulating sound.
He gained a monthly residency at Cardiffs infamous "Clwb Ifor Bach" with “Juice Joint” (The Welsh Club) during the mid '90s until his job led him abroad to the likes of Greece, Italy, Japan and Australia. This led to a long break away from mixing.
In 2014 he decided to buy a Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S2 and started uploading mixes to Mixcloud and YouTube. He was noticed by residents/managers of Fnoob Techno Radio who contacted him on Facebook and he was offered guest slots for the Fnoob Techno Radio shows "Soundcheck Sessions" (Peter Hathaway) and "The Labyrinth" (Jack Dark (Steve Tisdale)). Nick then became a permanent fixture at Fnoob Techno and created his own show called “The Noise Gate” before later becoming a Schedule Manager for the station.
He has helped to manage Fnoob Techno Radio for the last 4 years and during that time has played live in London and Amsterdam at Fnoob Techno events.
Nick has also played guest sets on Hard Force United (Russia), "Techno Vibes" on Cuebase-FM (Germany) with H The Killer Machine and provided a set for the InProgress Weekender (Holland).

All sets were received well by listeners from all over the globe.

UPDATE (October 2018): Nick has just invested in Pioneer CDJ Nexus 2s finally.

UPDATE (February 2019):  Nick has also acquired Technics 1210 MK2s to add to the DJ setup.
