I've been making visuals to others' music. I have two very different mixes that you can check out. I need to update my bio pic.. that's from almost 6 years ago now.

colours of melancholia is the one-man-project from berlin´s eastside. i´ve started playing guitar and composing songs in 1994. in 1997 i did the first beats and productions with a digital piano, a rythm machine and mixing beats from vinyl with ambient meditation-music from my mom with the mixer from a friend.
the c.o.m.-project was started in 2004. i like experimenting with the various technics and developing my style. at least i like working nearly 100% with samples and doing complex arrangements with it.

At the end of the nineties, I ventured my first steps in the production of electronic music. Under the alias "Mike Instant", I published the track "Spygadget" on the compilation "HEIM:SPIEL". This was followed by remixes for "Aroma" and "Rhytm Police". Additionally, I worked on numerous tracks and edits - exclusively produced for my DJ sets.

In 2013 I started my new project "Lunar Circuit". It oscillates between the sound of early electro and krautrock productions, disco music in the spirit of Giorgio Moroder as well as the modern interpretation of classic Chicago and acid house.
