The Icamiabas Indians or Amazonas de Orellana, were warrior women, without husbands, who lived in the Lower Amazon. Once a year they celebrated a fiest at the source of the river Jamundá, in the Yacy-taperê (Moon Mountains), where the Lake Yacy-uaruá (Mirror of the Moon) lays. A feast in the Name of  Iacinará or Iaci, the Moon. After sleeping with the Guacaris, Men of a different tribe, who where invited specifically for the feast, the indians would dive into the river, taking a greenish clay with them, with which they formed Muiraquitãs, a magic amulet which was then offered to the Guacaris, in order to bring Luck, Safety and Health.'

Eduardo Carvalho is a keeper of nature and music from São Paulo, Brazil. With his project Muirakitan, he signed to Hekwapi Records and is showcasing there, his exceptional talent in shaping acoustic landscapes and psychedelic dimensions. Muirakitan stands for an explosion of sensation and emotion, with serious and groovy basses, hypnotic melodies and tribal percussions, ought to shape a ritualistic atmosphere, connecting to our ancestors and leading it's listener to get in touch with himself through dancing. 

Being a multi-instrumentalist, Eduardo has a wide range of experiences in making music. Since 2008 he played in various Hardcore- and Metalcore-bands as well as being involved in multiple different projects with furthermore various musical rhytms and themes. He first encountered Psytrance music in 2014. Following that he started off with a Dj project called Psycoativo, focused on the nightish spectrum of the psytrance arts. Not long after, in 2016 Muirakitan was born, since composition is one of Eduardos great passion and it did not take long for him to get into producing.

Showing exceptional potential since early on, Muirakitan really shines with amazing continuity and power. With his animalistic, organic as synthetic soundscapes he instantly teleports you into deep forests, realms of ancient technology and psychedelic landscapes while still providing highly danceable rythm, drive and neverending groove.

Five Dried Grams is a psytrance DJ project by Matheus Müller, originally from Porto Alegre, Brazil, and residing in Lisbon, Portugal, since 2018. The project name is inspired by the revelations of psychonaut Terence McKenna and something that resonates deeply within his soul.

Matheus was first introduced to psytrance as a teenager, but it wasn’t until 2017 in Auckland, New Zealand, that he truly reconnected with the music - and fell in love with it irreversibly.

It didn’t take long for him to start wondering what a DJ does and how they create such magic, leading him to start learning the craft even before owning any equipment. His first real opportunity came thanks to a good friend - the mastermind behind Rural Remix, a psytrance and bush doof pioneer in New Zealand, and a true wizard capable of transforming beautiful ancient locations into deep psychedelic experiences that touch the soul. The moment Matheus played for others for the first time, he immediately knew this was something he wanted to pursue in life.

Fast forward a few years to 2025 - now based in Portugal - Five Dried Grams has evolved from a beautiful vision into reality. With the support and trust of Digital Oracle and Crystal Matrix - organizations he holds dear to his heart with immense and eternal gratitude - he was introduced to Portugal’s biggest psytrance events, including massive productions such as Trance Odyssey, Dreamscape, and the Universo Paralello Teaser Party.

These events not only featured mind-blowing productions but also brought the honor of sharing lineups with international psytrance legends such as Avalon, Talamasca, Mad Tribe, Paranormal Attack, Mad Maxx, Vegas, Blazy, Arjuna, Aardvaark, Render, Tropical Bleyage, and Swarup, as well as some of Portugal’s finest, including Alienn, Myrah, D-Maniac, Psilocybe Project, and Psy Xico, among others.

Currently in love with and playing twilight psytrance music, Five Dried Grams delivers funky, groovy, and deeply psychedelic soundscapes with intricate arrangements and catchy leads. Always keeping it playful, his sets are crafted to maintain high energy at all times through powerful mixes and a carefully curated musical selection, ensuring constant euphoria and positive vibrations on the dancefloor.
