Zen polymath Sebastien Mullaert’s project Circle of Live marshals a raft of diverse global talents for ‘free-flowing collaborative jam sessions in clubs around the world’. This time round it brought together the Swedish musician himself, plus Spazio Disponibile gaffer Neel and the moody soundscapes of German techno-pundit VRIL as part of their ongoing collaboration. What’s clear for anyone following these three trajectories: the trio couldn’t be more perfectly aligned, their occult compositions are bound by a set of influences that border on the metaphysical. The music itself: meditative, deep, ruminant and transformative. Textured layer upon layer, these preternatural melodies and jerking beats are sublime astral audio from another dimension: Bassiani Podcast 170 is a freeform and mind-expanding journey through uncharted waters recorded live at the club back in December.

This week guest on CBDSH series is Na Nich from Ukraine with absolutely stunning mix! Na Nich is the purveyor of deep rhythms and atmospheres, both in the studio and dj booth. Drop everything else for the next 77 minutes and join the trip with us.

Bio:
Born in Dnipro, Alexander started his musical journey in the late 1990s and quickly made a name for himself under the moniker "Sunchase" with a series of successful releases in the drum & bass scene. He was featured on prominent imprints like Moving Shadow, Metalheadz, Hospital, and others.
After moving to Kyiv, Alexander expanded his musical repertoire and added new genres to his style, which deepened his sound while maintaining its cutting-edge quality. During this time, he founded the labels Kvadrat and 22:22, and became a founding member of Rhythm Büro, a techno initiative in Kyiv that brings together the genre's most innovative minds to various unique locations across the city.
Rhythm Büro has since become well-known both in Ukraine and internationally, not only as an event brand, but also as a musical imprint that features some of Alexander's works under the newly established alias "Na Nich".
As a sought-after techno and breakbeat producer, Alexander is now a highly accomplished mastering engineer with a solid portfolio of impressive releases and projects. His music has reached beyond dance floors and music collections, with some of his tracks appearing in games by Rockstar Games and Sony Computer Entertainment.
Today, Alexander focuses on his solo live sets, as well as live performances with his wife Vera Logdanidi, which range from techno to house. He has performed at venues such as Bassiani, Brave Factory, Natura, Closer, and others, and has been featured on Svreca's Semantica Records and Oblique Music NL.
Regardless of the genre, Alexander's music is characterized by his signature groove and engineering perfection, and he remains forward-thinking in his approach.

We are incredibly happy to share this recording with you courtesy of one of our ultimate favorites, Claudio PRC. This 5h techno marathon was recorded at beautiful Masada in Milano at the Acquario party in April this year. 

This is what Claudio said about the Acquario collective and his relationship with them: “For me, Acquario has always been one of the most awaited and exciting dates of the year. Over time with the team we have established a very strong relationship of love and respect and the location of Masada is a truly magical place considering the fact that it takes place during the day and the crowd is among the most warm-hearted and receptive in Italy. A masterful innovator whose career in music has spanned two decades and numerous corners of the globe, Yuka is – above all – a storyteller, a creator of energies, a musical shaman whose vivid and visceral sets are capable of opening gateways to trancelike states.

DJing since 1999, she has in fact been deeply beholden to music in all its forms since she was a young child, when she first uncovered its unique ability to create and intensify emotional experiences, to express, and to effortlessly give rise to a mental and physical space of peace and tranquillity.

From her first DJ sets in Moscow, which came about almost by accident, she quickly rose. Her first release on Fullpanda in 2008 saw her become a resident of that label and later her music released on well known Silent Season, Semantica, Edit Select, Kabalion (Hypnus) and others.

As prodigiously talented as a producer as she is behind the decks, Yuka has never strayed from her own artistic and personal path, in the process bringing us irresistibly along with her.

Each of Fleika’s sets is a humble lecture in subtle mind control. Characterised by a pristine atmosphere, trance-inducing percussion work and a controlled perplexity of unidentified synth sounds, his sets are always a pleasure to get lost in. The persistence in digging through vast worlds of techno he has retained since his beginnings as a member of the Polygon crew have made him one of the most respected selectors in the area. The precision of his fingers when leaning over the mixer indicate a high complexity of thought behind his performance.
