And the sound … all of the binaural tones — each one tuned intentionally:
Every 7 or so minutes, a new key that resonates with & heals the specific energy centers in our human system, weaves itself in the soundscape … starting with the base of the body: a middle note C ~ a grounding root melody that evolves as the sound grows deeper and more intricate. The journey speaks directly to the sacrum, the solar plexus, the heart, the ears, the third-eye point, and the crowning connection to the Great Beyond. All these foundational parts of us and how they pulse with our vital energy.
This is #ChakraMusic (the 7 full-length original tracks to be released on all streaming platforms).

Composing this was a complete meditation,

FLOW | Elemental Movement Meditation Soundscape (@METAmethod x @DREEEMY)

This soundscape is composed at 639hz ~ an ancient Solfeggio frequency ~ which is also known as the frequency of re-connecting and balancing relationships. It is also one of the frequencies at which the Heart resonates. The 639 Hz frequency can be used to encourage the cells to communicate with their environment.

Solfeggio frequencies are reputed to be the original frequencies used by the Gregorian Monks when they chanted in meditation. The chant, based on the original six notes (396hz – 417hz – 528hz – 639hz – 741hz – 852hz), penetrates deep into the conscious and subconscious mind, drawing forth emotional reactions layered deep in our neurochemistry. These original frequencies are said to have been ‘lost’ over the centuries with the introduction of various new tuning methods.

And you would, naturally, as you began on this adventure of dreams, you would fulfill all your wishes. You would have every kind of pleasure you could conceive. And after several nights of 75 years of total pleasure each you would say “Well that was pretty great. But now let’s have a surprise, let’s have a dream which isn’t under control, where something is gonna happen to me that I don’t know what it's gonna be."

Then you would get more and more adventurous and you would make further- and further-out gambles what you would dream. And finally, you would dream where you are now. You would dream the dream of living the life that you are actually living today.

That would be within the infinite multiplicity of choices you would have. Of playing that you weren't God, because the whole nature of the godhead, according to this idea, is to play that he is not. So in this idea then, everybody is fundamentally the ultimate reality, not God in a politically kingly sense, but god in the sense of being the self, the deep-down basic whatever there is. It IS crazy.

But when you take it away - if I take your racism away from you - there you are all strung out, and all you've got is your little self. And what is That? What Are You Without Racism? Are you any good? Are you still strong? You still smart? You still like yourself?
