“Present Moment” is a song that came to Theo while He was in Peru in the heart of the Andes Mountains, in the depths of a dark night of the soul.  It is a simple prayer of gratitude for the miracle of this moment, the only moment we have, that opens the door to our true nature when we abide in the blessing and healing power of present moment awareness. This release marks the emergence of a new genre for Entheo. With over 9 ambient albums and multiple downtempo releases under his belt, collaborations with The Human Experience, Phutureprimitive & Equanimous this new folk/pop single initiates a new wave of artistic expression that will resonate with fans of Trevor Hall, Satsang, Mikey Pauker, Rising Appalachia and Ayla Nereo. “Present Moment” was self-produced, recorded and mixed at his home studio in Boulder, CO. This single will be released through Beautiful Way Records, a brand new devotional music record label and imprint of High Vibe Records.

Present Moment

This is a very old song out of the Yoruban & Santeria traditions - Nigeria, Cuba, & Brazil. I learned recently that it is about those who serve the Orisha Oshun (sometimes Osun) and the brass bracelets they wore that Oshun asked them to rattle. This somehow managed to be mistakenly interpreted and shared by myself and many others as “necklace of love,” perhaps due to the devotees adoration of the Orisha. Oshun embodies love and sexuality and one of her elements is brass, which never rusts. One writer shares "To understand Osun is to know the intelligence, vitality, caring and nourishing abilities of womankind. Long-suffering, cheated, overlooked, and over-worked, but always committed to the survival of humanity. Besides signifying wealth, brass never rusts, it is eternal. In Osun, we have the embodiment of prosperity, love, beauty, elegance, sexuality and sensuality and a divinely sanctioned feminist.

Every 7 or so minutes, a new key that resonates with & heals the specific energy centers in our human system, weaves itself in the soundscape … starting with the base of the body: a middle note C ~ a grounding root melody that evolves as the sound grows deeper and more intricate. The journey speaks directly to the sacrum, the solar plexus, the heart, the ears, the third-eye point, and the crowning connection to the Great Beyond. All these foundational parts of us and how they pulse with our vital energy.
This is #ChakraMusic (the 7 full-length original tracks to be released on all streaming platforms).

Featuring #Tibetan percussion (bowls, gong, chimes) and flute, and samples from #IndianClassicalRaga and #ArabicMaqam ~

Composing this was a complete meditation,
And so I offer it as a meditation
Not just in the 3-Dimensional sense -
Listening and literally working with the physical sensations of the seat, the hips, the belly, the heart, the throat, the pineal gland, the layers of blood, and bones, and body ~
But also in the metaphysical:
laying down or sitting or doing whatever it is that gives the spirit room to just BE,
and l i s t e n i n g - 
With the whole being.
Allowing self to enter the astral dimensions and the unseen universes accessible through intentional sound.
Traveling amongst stars and deep across the oceans with the sound.
Eyes closing,
Heart opening,
Transforming;
Welcoming the #SonicAlchemy.

The Earth Will Carry You

This soundscape is composed at 639hz ~ an ancient Solfeggio frequency ~ which is also known as the frequency of re-connecting and balancing relationships. It is also one of the frequencies at which the Heart resonates. The 639 Hz frequency can be used to encourage the cells to communicate with their environment.

Solfeggio frequencies are reputed to be the original frequencies used by the Gregorian Monks when they chanted in meditation. The chant, based on the original six notes (396hz – 417hz – 528hz – 639hz – 741hz – 852hz), penetrates deep into the conscious and subconscious mind, drawing forth emotional reactions layered deep in our neurochemistry. These original frequencies are said to have been ‘lost’ over the centuries with the introduction of various new tuning methods.
