Kanako was currently an Amalgamate, and Amalgamates were used as Power Generators for Demonkinds, They're not comfortable with it.

She's actually that thing who tucked Frisk in from True Lab after they lie down on bed.

After Kanako is saved, she's the whole again.

Demonic Underworld is a unique sequel to Undertale: Advanced Timeline. Chara is the protagonist to the journey along with their new friends. Asriel was back to being Flowey and stayed in the Underground.

The Demonkinds ruined the harmony between Humans and Monsters by capturing monsters and exterminating Humanity.

This sequel is not associated with Canon Undertale Timeline, it's from my take aka Canon Advanced Timeline.
