Mutant Waves Preview

DJ Dreibot is together with Ian Lee cofounder of abseits Recordings. The label is based
on parties called abseits which were celebrated in the end of the 90īs. They set the focus on 
unconventional music. Their goal is to present a variety of different music styles and art to blow up your mind. 
Dreibot is at home in creating electronical music and played in clubs, partys and a lot of famous radioshows 
(eg. FM4, Elektrodos, Tracklistings, Threads, Techno-Club, Arkada Podcast, Science Cult Radio etc...). 
Another important thing is in doing lotīs of enginbeering. The artist name is 3Bot.

Spyko est né en 1979 à Bienne (Suisse) et a passé sa jeunesse et son adolescence à Tavannes, petit village du Jura bernois.
C'est en 1997 qu'il découvre et commence à s'intéresser à la musique électronique en fréquentant les clubs de Zurich, Lausanne, Bienne et Berne. L'année suivante, il utilise ses économies pour s'acheter des platines Technics MK2 et une table de mixage. En 1999, il décide avec des amis d'organiser les soirées D3Project au Moon Night de Moutier où il a eu l'occasion de mixer avec notamment Justin Berkovi, Daniel Benavent, DJ Rush, Cora S et des DJ's locaux. Il a ensuite mixé au Privilege Club à Bienne, au Knock Out Festival de Moutier, à la Case-à-Chocs de Neuchâtel et dans d'autres clubs régionaux.
Il quitte le monde de la nuit en 2002 pour se marier, fonder sa famille, faire un deuxième apprentissage d'infirmer en psychiatrie et construire sa maison.
Spyko est de retour en tant que producteur de beat électro, minimal glitch techno old school avec des sons grinçants et décalés en s'inspirant des artistes tels que Matthew Herbert (Wishmountain), Neil Landstrumm, Cristian Vogel, Si Begg, Subhead, Jamie Lidell, etc.! Il crée principalement ses morceaux avec des sons insolites de la vie de tous les jours, enregistrés, samplés et retravaillés avec divers effets sur Ableton Live. Il collabore également avec des artistes Allemands pour quelques morceaux et participe au festival Les Digitales.
Certaines de ses productions sont publiées sur le label jurassien Ki-Yota's Digitals, que l'on peut retrouver sur www.junodownload.com.
Egalement de retour aux platines dans les clubs régionaux tel que le SAS à Delémont, le Kingclub, le Delirium, en restant fidèle aux grésillements de ses vinyls, proposant des DJ set minimal, techno, abstract house.
