Vault of 1520 is a blog that caters not only the music aspect of Hip-Hop but to the entire culture as a whole. We want to highlight and showcase the talent that Hip-Hop has contributed over the past 40+ years to the entire world. Whether it is the hottest rapper on the rise, the latest Dr. Dre (Detox is coming soon, I can feel it!), or a fashion designer trying to make it. We want to show it all! Vault of 1520 represents unlocking the prized possession of Hip-Hop, showing it’s real and true meaning.

Hip-Hop was originated on 1520 Sedgwick Avenue in Bronx, NYC; hence, the number 1520 in our name. As a blog we hope to motivate, inspire and bring knowledge to a generation of the past, present and future.
