Better known as one half of the cinematic folk duo, Foreign Fields, Eric Hillman is also an accomplished film composer and electronic producer. Eric graduated with honors from the Film Scoring program at the venerable Berklee college of Music in Boston. After school he moved to Chicago where he began his work as an in-house composer at small creative boutique, Fig Media. There he began putting his skills to the test, composing music for everything from an online mailing service ad to high end Fashion films and editorials for Dazed and Confused and Bambi Magazine. Along with self-producing all of Foreign Fields output he also worked with a variety of artists including Mikky Ekko, Boom Forest, Hembree, Matthew and the Atlas and Joel Porter. Eric is currently working on the score for the open-world adventure game, Ashen.

Eric currently lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and two children.
