Nightfall Rave - Techno / Hardtechno set

KURIR hails from Sweden and makes raw distinct techno with strong grooves and industrial elements. Hypnotic, glitchy, distorted and sometimes bordering minimal techno. His fascination with contrasts and putting broken sounds in new contexts creates interesting sound images and uniqueness. Rhythm and groove is essential and the main focus. The tempo is usually around 140 - 146 bpm. Influenced by jazz, funk, 80's heavy metal and synth, hip hop and grunge. It can be heard in the diverse styles of his tracks. He has been involved in music of various kinds most of his life but in 2020 he got hooked on techno.  Spanning over various genres  - but his signature trademark sound is always there. The passion for making music can be seen in the amount of music that he has released and there's no question he's dedicated to pushing things forward.
Oh yeah - KURIR occasionally releases what he calls SLOW JAMS. Trap/HipHop influenced tracks around 90 - 110 bpm. The roots in his background in HipHop is strong and has to be published.
