This is a meditation to detach from thoughts and emotions perhaps following a difficult situation or experience. This can be used as a re-centering meditation to take a step back and step above the situation. Giving space to thoughts and emotions so you can breathe back into your rhythm. This is a brief meditation so it can be used in the moment to recalibrate. (I have other meditations to process thoughts and emotions themselves).

In this transmission we call on Archangel Gabriel and all angels working with Gabriel to create a chamber of light around you.  
In this protective chamber we call on Violet and Ultraviolet angels to begin clearing your enegy fields. Clearing whatever pain is in your body, energy bodies and aura that can be cleared at this time. Anything that is not peace. Anything that disturbs your peace. 

Archangel Gabriel enters the sphere bearing a large silver chalice. The chalice burns with a bright silver white and violet light. You are invited to surrender any old grudges, old hurts, old wounds, old sorrows, old fears, old frustrations, old resentments to this angelic chalice. Allow the chalice to transform this energy and return it to pure light. 

Also, surrender any thoughts of blame, criticism and judgment surrender to this light. Anything you have received from others of a mental nature that disturbs your peace. Allow the chalice to transform of this to pure light. Also, surrender any form of internal self attack that disturbs your peace. Any self-judgement, self-blame into the chalice. 

Archangel Gabriel holds up the chalice and offers you any of this transformed light back, you wish to take. Now it has been purified. It can be called back to energise your physical and energy bodies. In the space a greater sense of peace can return to all levels of your being.

     Dr. Thompson has been experimenting with sound scientifically since 1980. He first started in his Holistic Health Center in Virginia which grew to be the largest Center of its kind in Virginia at the time. His experiments were in using exact sound frequencies to make Chiropractic spinal and cranial adjustments, to stimulate and normalize organ function and to balance Acupuncture Meridians. He developed a very gentle and effective method of making adjustments and continues to use this approach today. His gentle and effective method is much appreciated by his patients.

     In addition to his chiropractic expertise, Dr. Thompson is recognized as a worldwide expert in the field of acoustic pacing frequencies incorporated into musical sound tracks. A consummate musician and composer in his own rite, he has established a method for using modulated sound-pulses for changing states of consciousness for optimal "Mind-Body" healing.

     Dr. Thompson's first recording, Isle of Skye, was carried by major music distributors in the US within its first month of release. Within the first six months, it was adopted by the American Hypnotherapy Association for its use in hypnosis.      Dr. Thompson has worked with Deepak Chopra, has created many self-improvement tapes with Louise Hay, has created sound programs for conferences with Bernie Seigel, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Bru Joy, and Susan Jeffers. He has worked with NASA and JPL with plasma-wave audio recordings secured by the Voyager Space Craft and researched their effects on the subconscious mind for healing and emotional release. His work has been part of research projects at the NeuroPsychiatric Center at UCLA and has been researched at the Royal Ottawa Sleep Research Center in Canada. His work was chosen to be part of the nationally funded CSCAT (Center for the Study of Complementary and Alternative Therapies) Program at Duke University and the University of Virginia in the 1990s. His audio programs on CDs have been and are used with patients before and after surgery, and in various oncology departments and clinics. His patent-pending Vibro-Acoustic Sound Chair and Sound Table are used in medical and mental health clinics, wellness spas, professional and business offices, personal fitness clubs, and homes. He has played an active role in the Complementary-Alternative Medicine Research and Therapy Association at Scripps Hospital, San Diego, California.

Many newspapers across the country have featured his work, including the Wall Street Journal.
