Spaced out Synth combined with some ambient atmospheric soundz.  

The wind track was actually recorded using my very first condenser mic, an MXL 990.  We had a really cool wind storm with 60 mile/hr gusts through the tall white pines.  I have an enclosed patio and the wind was from the South so I could record the sounds with no distortion.  Since I only had one track, I went ahead and made a copy of it and inserted 1 second on the front.  Boom, now I have stereo.   You can hear the rustling leaves move from left to right, like the river of Time.   

This track is part of "Echoes in a Vacuum", an album of Space Music that's currently in production.

Rollercoaster is a song about the ups and downs of life. After going travelling and having both positive and negative experiences, it led to the metaphor of my life being like a Rollercoaster. No matter how great life can be, there's always something round the corner that can bring you back down in an instant.
