Well, I was told too many times to "go get a biography of yourself", so here it is :) Dirk Nijssen (also known as Next Levels) was born on 18 January 2000 in Haarlem (The Netherlands). From a young age, music played an important role in the life of Dirk Nijssen. At five years old he learned the basic music theory from his recorder lessons, which resulted in great love for music. A couple of years later, he found his way in the world of electronic dance music when he heard it for the first time on the radio. This was the start of Dirk's career in producing EDM. In 2013 a young Dutch producer, named Martin Garrix, had his breakthrough with his no. 1 hit, Animals. This track inspired Dirk, and he immediately started downloading music programs to try to create his own music. Years and years of practice went by and he worked hard and learned a lot. At the age of 16, he bought his first DJ set (Pioneer DDJ SX2) and started playing live at parties. Now Dirk's story will continue. Follow him to stay up to date on his journey in the world of music...
