Martin Cozar & Rod Notario - Night Before (Original Mix)

Brooklyn based Mike Isai joins the onedotsixtwo family with two red-hot progressive gems, Alya and Chrysalis.  Fellow New Yorker and ODST alumni, Mir Omar, takes on Alya, while Aussie legends GMJ & Matter give us their unique take on Chrysalis making this a complete onedotsixtwo family release. 

Although a relatively new name on the progressive scene, Mike Isai has certainly hit the ground running, with highly praised releases on the legendary Hope Recordings, and a recent EP on current label du jour Meanwhile Recordings. Growing up in New York Mike was exposed to electronic music from a very early age via his siblings who introduced him to Sasha, Digweed, Danny Tenaglia and the like and soon after, at the age of sixteen, decided he wanted to create his own sounds and hasn’t looked back since. 

First up is ‘Alya’ with an infectiously deep groove, shimmering keys and understated yet powerful acid undertones. ‘Chrysalis’ follows with a growling energy and tribal rhythms complimented by atmospheric hypnotic chants and sweeping effects. Mir Omar takes on Alya to great effect, adding intricate layers of percussion and brining a peak time feel to the piece. GMJ & Matter tackle Chrysalis bringing their signature euphoric big room sound and rounding off a stunning EP in style.

Juan Sapia, famous for his releases with The Soundgarden, Sudbeat & OneDotSixTwo amongst others teams up with fellow countryman Geronimo Eguiguren for their debut EP on If You Wait.

Two originals from this duo who are definitely going places.

We present to Sebastian Busto, big artist from Argentina that had a lot of supports from artist like Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. He is in labels like Sudbeat, The Soundgarden and Replug among others. He is in charge of the “Rename It” remix by Francisco Castro released on our Apolo compilation last year. He offers us a pure progressive interpretation mixing new and fresh sounds. 

Be the Limit by Sinan Arsan is remixed by EMPHI, a young and talented artist. He brings us a spectacular version with his style and essence. The drop and breakdown turn it into a special track for the dancefloor.

Kabi (AR) debuted on Droid9 South America with a special remix for “The Other Side” by Aliens Like Us released in our compilation Afrodita last year. He did a very nice fusion between House groove and Progressive House melodies and harmony.

The latest release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint welcomes Figueras from Argentina back to the label with their "Summit EP".

Last year they made their debut on the "We Are The Future" compilation followed by 2 tracks on "Three Of A Kind". More recently they've made a beautiful remix for Emotional Tourist also on 3rd Avenue.

Figueras is a duo formed by the DJs & Producers Andy Figueras & Elias Figueras Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Two brothers that share the same passion, taste, and love for music. With their passive-aggressive sound including melodies and groove, the Figueras brothers managed to earn a place on the scene by participating in the most important events that take place nowadays.

Figueras - Summit [3rd Avenue]

Golan Zocher and Choopie join forces once again after various successful collaborations recently. This time the Israel based artists join Paul Hazendonk's MNL imprint with the warm, dreamy, chilled out single 'Shades Of Love'.

First up on remix duties it's Zalvador who turns the song into a blissful piece of melodic euphoria, whilst the second remixer, Hobin Rude, delivers a more classic progressive house sounding approach.

All together a very strong and versatile package with something to enjoy for everybody here.

Golan Zocher & Choopie - Shades Of Love (Hobin Rude Remix)

onedotsixtwo heads east to the Balkans by way of Macedonia with a great production duo, Kandar and Morning Delusions. The former is no stranger to the label having remixed for us on two occasions (Analog Jungs ‘Vancouver’ [ODST025] and Will DeKeizers ‘Metamorposis’ [ODST051]) and the pair have produced as a team for a number of releases over many different labels including JOOF, Natura Vida and 3rd Avenue amongst others. We also have two interpretations of the original, one courtesy of Argentina’s Luciano Scheffer a second from Fabri Lopez also emanating from Argentina. 

The original is an epic ride with tough tribal drums, soaring melodies and ethnic strings, all pinned down by a relentless rolling bassline with builds and drops aplenty. 

Luciano Sheffer takes things a little deeper whilst maintaining the originals energy and adding layers of ominous EFX and an infections bubbling groove, and last but not least Fabri Lopez supplies a twisted melodic rendition full of unexpected turns and bursting with energy.

We then sail across the Pacific to listen to the songlines of the Australian brothers - 'Rodskeez' & 'Mars Monero' and then continue the passage into India to hear the mythical stories of 'Rudra' & 'Funksun'. A stopover across the border into Pakistan to witness the chronicles of "STEREO MUNK" & "Cryptic Realms" and finally flying over to Sweden for the Nordic folktale of "EMPHI". These are their Fables. '

Founded in 2020 Future Avenue is an electronic music imprint which operates under the Sound Avenue umbrella. Sitting alongside fellow subdivisions 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds, Future Avenue looks to provide a home for new and rising talent. Droid9 South America was founded with a human imprint, for mutual growth between the parties that work when it comes to releasing music. The artist is always attended, received and recognized as he should, being informed in each step as the music advances towards distribution.
Our first release was a series of compilations represented by Greek gods, the first was released in June 2020 and was followed by many releases that were generating impact on great artists such as Nick Muir, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Mariano Mellino, DJ RUBY among others.
