Flight of Nostromo

01 Intro:
Sets the theme for the Soundtrack. A devastating and crippling virus has broken out on earth that threatens mankind. Some theorists say that this was the work of mother-nature to combat the damage that humans have caused to earth through over population and industrialization.

02 Interlude:
Something lighthearted in between, a nice synthwave ambient track...

03 World Crisis:
Its happening, the crap has hit the fan and global panic breaks out. Dispair starts setting in as the death-toll climbs rapidly, people are panic buying and where no food is available, people are looting. It's Chaos...

04 Lockdown:
Government and authorities step in and implement total lock-down of cities and towns, forcing every citizen to house arrest, at least the law abiding ones. Those who are looting together with criminals don't have a care in the world.

05 Village Idiot:
Every community has a bunch of these. People who dismiss anything they are told and go on their own mission. The Village Idiot in this case voices on social media that the Pandemic only applies to certain races of people and believes that he is not capable of being affected. He also ignores the lock-down and moves around freely throwing caution to the wind, no doubt spreading the infection as far as he goes!

06 Casualties (Vortex Theme):
The death rate is climbing rapidly, people are dying all over the world despite the efforts by world governments, citizens under lock-down are struggling to cope as depression and despair settles in. 

07 The Doctors Theme:
One seemingly crazy and eccentric researcher successfully synthesizes the genome of the virus responsible for the pandemic in his lab, together with a dedicated team of scientists from Southern Africa, they start working tirelessly on a cure while racing against time.

08 Earth is healing, mankind grieving
Some months later, mankind, after obtaining a cure for the pandemic eases back into every day routine, taking time to grieve for the loss of human life. While the humans sheltered themselves away, mother nature has been busy healing the earth. Animals had been appearing in deserted city streets, woodlands growing, skies turning clear blue over cities. Let this be a lesson to mankind, not to give into the rat-race and to cherish the earth.
