This live set merges rhythms into shimmering, illuminated corridors, inviting us to complete ourselves. Textured rhythms and meditative loops intertwine with each beat, resonating like distant stars, while haunting and minimal changes keep you suspended on the edge of the unknown.

With wide transitions, oscillating textures, and enveloping low frequencies, this set pushes the boundaries while remaining rooted in the hypnotic core. Expect a bold, magnetic, and unapologetic sound—a live set in the finest MAL_HOMBRE style. ▸BIO: 

Mark Sweeney aka @https://soundcloud.com/malhombretechno is a Glasgow born techno DJ and producer who is based in Leeds, England. Having Dj under is own name for many years in Central America ignited the passion for producing the genre and creating the MAL_HOMBRE alias.

With a host of previous releases under his belt, in 2021 Mark released a total of 40 total tracks on various labels. It was this year he aslo released his first album “Andromeda outpost” on Jeff mills’ Axis records, being the first ever UK producer to release an album on the legendary techno.

With his music continually supported at big techno events by Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Joseph Capriati, Black lotus and Jeff mills was included in Dave Clarke’s top 10 producers for 2021.

Mark continues in 2022 with various other released lined up on Edit Select (4th time) and Illegal Alien from Mexico.

BIO:

OTHK is a duo from Poland based in Sopot. Katarzyna Dąbrowa and Łukasz Gierszewski. Their fully modular, improvised live acts make much use of distortion and saturation, haunting reverbs and delays as well as unusual pitch modulation effects, combining ambient drones, industrial wave, field recordings and a raw modular sound. The result is dark, hypnotic techno with noise and acid flavours.
