I walk beneath the floodlight haze,
but nothing follows where I’ve been.
Every step just fades away —
like I’m rehearsing how to end.
They say you can’t outrun your past,
but I’ve been doing that for years.
My name’s an echo with no cast,
my voice dissolves, but I still hear.

If absence has a pulse, it beats in me —
a hollow drum that craves release.

Today the project is done entirely by himself.
