I’m proud to present this eclectic collection of tunes from legends and new names alike in the modern dubstep movement. My vision for HVA started that way, to join artists who have persevered with those who are just starting out. I did this not only to help those trying to make a name for themselves, but because there are many new artists who deserve such an outlet. It can be extremely hard starting a new project, and I hope listeners can be motivated to find and support new and upcoming artists as a result of this compilation. 

Dubstep is evolving, and I chose some of these tunes to showcase a newer style emerging. Some of them keep the roots of dubstep alive, as I feel that’s an important aspect to acknowledge and respect, and some are just straight bangers. All have a special place on this label, and all deserve a listen. Big up to everyone supporting the label, please support the artists in any way you can. A hallmark of Mikrodot's approach to music is a polished, almost clinical finish, and very deliberate choices when it comes to exploring different sonic elements and styles. This can be seen extensively on his own imprint, High Vibration Audio.

This EP takes the listener through a range of shadowy and nocturnal themes revolving around low end intensity, through the use of tasteful sound design and creative sampling. The result is a thought provoking sense of nostalgia for the genre's origins, not to mention a heavy nod to the dub world's influence.

He recorded two crucial tunes on the so called "Bad From Riddim" during his 3 months stay in Kingston/Jamaica 2008/09. I recorded at Swallofield at Wheelers Kitchen in a huge recordingsession like 28 hours. Lot's of Singers just passing thru or/and came by the invitation of Selectah Easy T Jam to this place.
We had nough green around to make and put some signs to europe into the sky.

Lots of other recordings for Mungos Hifi, Jahtari, coming Esperanza label and several Dubplate Killas has been recorded.
