Reality Check were formed in September 2009 by Peter Stiles (Lead Guitar), CJ Dermody-Lawrence (Bass Guitar) and Elliot Ingham (Drums) under the previous name ‘Hollie’s Magik Glasses’. Practicing at Beulah  weekly under the watchful eye of Ian ‘The Barnett’ Barnett, they soon realized that without a singer in the band they would be like Beethoven, (the orchestra composer… not the dog) and so eventually stumbled across the amazing, Elinor Adie. They instantly gelled and realized that their name was pretty shit and changed it to the now infamous ‘Reality Check’. With the change of the band’s name came the introduction of the new and much needed (Rhythm) Guitarist in the form of Sam Dixon. After a few short months the band had filled the small cracks with musical polyfiller and smoothed out the creases with a melodic iron and have come on to become the biggest band in… Bexhill. They continue to play their sweet, sweet music around the South Coast and are now available for booking! Grooveychick3@hotmail.com
