Once again, we pay tribute to our artists on stage with Drop-E recorded set blowing up the opening of Prisma the 23/24 season, although with the bitterness that the club setting for this mix, does not have the same fate. In November, Prisma was forced to close its doors and unfortunately is going through a difficult situation.

We show this memorable Drop-E present and his emotional words dedicated to the collective that accompanied the artist's growth since 2016, hosting him on countless occasions along with great national and international artists, contributing to establishing his reputation and nurturing his artistic recognition in the city of Seville, accompanied by open-minded visionaries, and regulars of the most underground and avant-garde Andalusian scene.

"I want to express what I feel about the closing of Prisma with my last mix and these worthy words of gratitude for their effort and work offering a well-deserved electronic scene at the highest level all these years, since its beginnings and successive, including the warriors who have fought until now. Many thanks to everything that makes up Prisma, to the entire team, its promoters, to the great cast of local artists and to so many friends around the club, and to my followers and to the true fans of the techno genre itself, my words are also for you.

Thanks for allowing me to expose my vision of techno to the public and treat me with all the affection that can be received, especially to Elio, Ubertek, Ricardo, Faliki, Abraham, Ogre, Sergio, Nadia, Jose Pablo, Alex... I can´t name them all, but I want to say: I love you guys so much!" Drop-E.

The set is a powerful commemoration of what Prisma means, a creative space for exchanging knowledge and cultural renewal, advanced, diverse, intense, a pure bomb of rhythms that will make you feel the power and freedom that sound experiences through an impressive turbosound.

From our hearts, we send not only these honorary words, we want to convey our support, and a message of hope so that the rare bird of the south can gather the resources to operate again and continue cultivating club culture, values, life experiences, and relations.

▸ Drop-E label boss of Signal is a DJ and techno producer from southern Spain, already well known for his releases on such labels as AINE (PoleGroup), Edit Select, Signal Rec, Modularz, Emphatic, Inducted Waves among others.

His style is quite peculiar and characteristic, moving between mostly abstract and very gloomy sounds, repetitive and tireless loops; atonal sequences where the presence of bass is noticeable from beginning to end. Obsessive and direct sequences to the central nervous system, hypnotism and depression joined hand in hand, falling in sharp frequencies and a constantly evolving structure make the perfect recipe for the dance floor where it is easy to end up out of control in a thrilling trip with no return ticket, not suitable for all audiences.

Drop-E brings us subbass heavy synthesized mess, obsesive compulsive sequences, sharpened hi-frequencies and a constantly evolving structure make the recipe. The tracks feels almost out of control, but this is a ride so thrilling you will never want to get off!

Very proud to introduce the next Voyager Recordings installment, this time from long standing producer 'Mike Storm' who delivers a full on conceptual album entitled “The Pale Blue Dot”, which will be available on both vinyl and digital formats.

At Voyager we like to try and push the boundaries and tell a story within the music. 
Mike has done this in his own style with an enormous vision of the Voyager spacecraft missions. 
Each track gives its own take and story on the journey of both spacecraft Voyager 1 and Voyager 2.

Netherlands native Mike is no stranger to conceptual sci-fi techno music, with numerous releases and albums on Axis Records plus EP releases on Warm Up Recordings and Modularz just to name but a few.

Interesting note, mostly all of Mike’s tracks are written live in one take, with no recall. 
This makes his music very unique in the digital DAW age.

In the vibrant artistic landscape of Medellín, Colombia, Athan emerges as a co-founder of the avant-garde audiovisual collective Rouge. His musical journey, heavily influenced by ambient, breaks, hip-hop and techno, intricately weaves the duality of city and nature into the fabric of his sound. Athan's DJ sets and productions serve as a sonic exploration, capturing the essence of urban life and the serenity of the natural world.  

Athan's musical odyssey began to unfold on labels such as Granular Espectrum and Ocio, where his innovative compositions found a home. The beats he crafts are more than mere rhythms; they are a testament to his commitment to pushing the boundaries of conventional genres. Athan's sonic tapestry mirrors the dynamic cityscape of Medellín, where the pulse of techno resonates alongside the calm of ambient landscapes.  

As a dedicated artist, Athan's creative pursuits extend beyond traditional music-making. In the spirit of experimentation, he co-founded the A/V event series Rouge, seamlessly blending electronic music with visual storytelling. Athan's commitment to pushing artistic boundaries is evident in his collaborations, whether as part of a leftfield duo or engaging in mesmerizing B2B sets.  

Hailing from the rich cultural tapestry of Medellín, Athan remains deeply connected to his roots, infusing his music with the cultural history and vibrancy of Colombia. Mic Meimaroglou's passion for electronic music began at a young age, sparked by his fascination with the synthesizer's analog sound. As he delved deeper into the art of music production, he discovered that synthesizing and mixing sounds provided him with a creative outlet for self-expression.

As a resident DJ in small bars, Michael's experimentation with various music genres expanded his knowledge and technique in mixing. In 2010, he released his first music demo under the alias "Aithale," which showcased his unique blend of electronica and techno elements.

In 2013 and 2014, Michael curated the electronic music program for the "Beach Street Festival," featuring both Greek and international artists. These experiences culminated in a milestone year for Michael in 2014, as he released his first music on 808 Recordings, Ntrop Recordings, and joined the music roster of Affect Recordings Munich. He also released on DMR Digital Italy.

In 2017, Michael launched USM Recordings with the goal of supporting the Greek contemporary electronic music scene. His music releases have been featured on various Greek and international media platforms, including BeatSelector, 5 Magazine, Electronic Groove, The Letter, mic.gr, and beater.gr.

In 2023, Michael co-founded ΣΥΝTHESIS, an electronic music artist collective platform based in Lesvos island, to inspire and expand electronic music around the island and beyond through events, workshops, conferences and screenings.

Michael's DJ performances are characterized by ambient and hypnotic techno patterns, with the flow of his sets influenced strongly by the crowd's mood and the sound elements that he follows.

Raftek, Raffaele Landi, was born in Avellino in 1985, he cultivated his passion for electronic music, preferring the genre Techno.
He founded in 2008, in collaboration with Giulio Cini a duo called ATProject, a musical partnership that brings them on the most prestigious stages alongside the international guest stars in many party of European country.
In 2009 he earned the title of Sound Designer at the Yamaha school "Spazio Musica" (in Naples).
He Realized 3 album (In 2013, 2014 and 2016)
In 2014, after a postproduction in his study began in 2012, realized in collaboration with film director Ermanno Bonazzi, an independent movie called "The Underdog." He is the film sound designer, director of dubbing and produces 2 electronic songs featured in the film.
In 2014 founded an musical association called Techno Culturae to celebrate the Techno music in his town.
Raftek played in the most important club of European country, such as Tresor (Berlin), Panama Club (Amsterdam), Old River Park and Ultra Beat (Naples).
His works are played by many international djs such as Dave Clarke, Dj Rush, Patrick DSP, Space Djz, Dj Murphy, A.Paul, Resistohr, C-System and many others.
Between 2018 and 2019, 5 vinyls are published on Hungarian label “Techno Vinyls Records”.
To celebrate 10 years of production, in the summer of 2022 he publishes a collection of his best works, much appreciated by critics and comrades in arms (techno weapons of course). In April of the same year he publishes a book which is a manual on music production called: “Le Vie Della Produzione Sono Infinite”, a manual that describes all the techniques that Landi teaches in his studio, among the feedback most dear to Raffaele we include the excellent review made by the ambassador of Techno Detroit in Italy, as well as appreciated writer, Andrea Benedetti. Today he is a founding member of the cultural association "Technocrazia" with which he organizes and promotes events that aim to enhance his territory through music, to fight all types of xenophobia and homo-transphobia through audiovisual art forms shared by the people who are reflected in this new policy of the night.
