A website devoted to miracles. The crush of people. Paranoid reports about an event that no one seems to have experienced personally. ‘El Milagro’ is a sound fiction that suits itself to a particular contemporary atmosphere of turmoil and disaster. Faced with the onslaught of alarms and unrecognisable noises, a worker goes to a small southern village to investigate a strange incident: the villagers refuse to return the body of a deceased Professor, claiming he is still alive. This sonic fiction delves into the dark side of miracles, situations that often go beyond the religious aspects of rituals or cults: a broken lift, old devices returning to reclaim their place, a remote coincidence in the codes you received in an email last summer. The album’s atmospheres change as the listening goes: the hidden arrival to a village with a secret, the tragic ode to a haunted hunter, the drug-addicted and mafia-like paranoia of hotels full of shiny mojitos served to soulless tourists, an explosion in a casino, a hysterical preacher at the gates of a fast food restaurant...

‘El Milagro’ explores a kind of radio sonority that jumps from one climate to another with the aim of showing a fragmented landscape. Sonically the music is made with recorded guitars, vocals, sampling, drum machines, processed virtual instruments, etc... The production and composition process is very varied.

Adios Adios is an audiovisual and music producer, located in Valencia, Spain. His first EP ‘For All To Eat (F.A.T.E)’ was released on Midlife Music. Recently, he released a musical video titled S.C.R.A.P.S on P.I.G.S which is linked to the fictional world of ‘El Milagro’. Also, he has collaborated with artists such as Concrete Fantasies, Otro, Pup Puppy, and is a member of experimental-music collective Dominio.

firstlin3 crawled out the mud in 2017, spit up six gnarled pieces of ritual regueton, and sunk back in. Then came four years of ambient bass meditation and four full-lengths of alien-angelic soundscapes under the name Concrete Fantasies. All the while, firstlin3 was exploring the tunnels that run through the underbelly of Babylon, recruiting allies for a sonic war on the city.
⛧paranoia star⛧ is the first attack. Backed by a squad of the global underground’s most loced out digital devils, firstlin3 hops between clow rap, trancehall and skeledub, all black cat smooth and dank enough to smell through the sub. Recorded from summer ’21 to summer ’22 under a cloud of gorilla glue so thick it spread from Spain to Egypt, Portugal, Japan and the UK, ⛧paranoia star⛧ is a spell, a joke and a fucking earthquake tearing through the doomed megalopolis.

Following January's "Msll777" single, we're proud to deliver Lil Asaf's Sawa Sawa. Produced by Beirut-born, Berlin-based artist Khadije, Sawa Sawa bundles fragmented sonics with Lil Asaf's devilish vocal performance. Air horns, chimes, blast beats and wheezing rhythmic arrangements make up Sawa Sawa's backing. The beats knock as much as they disarm, utilizing a capacious approach to empty space undergirded by a copious and pernicious drone.

Asaf, also known as Bashar Suleiman, has honed his hectic, dim lit approach to rap across previous releases for ANBA and HIZZ هز. Riding roughshod over his own and Khadije's production, Suleiman delivers line after line of scraped expression into the pitch dark spaces between beats. Dub effects and the flinty corners of broken kick patterns form walls to bounce off of, filled by repeated refrain and howling sub vocals.

Sawa Sawa means “together together,” a phrase Bashar’s grandfather would say to him and his brother when they fought as children. This spirit is embodied in the circumstances behind its recording, born from a chance meeting between the two artists and recorded in several impromptu sessions. Sawa Sawa is accompanied by a music video for “3wwe”, directed by Yusra Nazek.
