Sipho Ragiwe Mahlangu better known with his stage name Dr Raggar is an entrepreneur, musician,song writer,producer,chemical engineering student at UCT and CEO at G8 Records born in Mpumalanga at kwamhlanga. His love for music started when he was 8 years old and when he was doing grade 8 that's where he started being smart at school obtaining certificate for outstanding performance in his subject which opened doors for him to study engineering at varsity level.
In 2008 he started his own record label known as G8 Records where he signed the likes of Mad Pzo, Dj scary,New Money,TQ and G8 Dj’s who are all currently working on their debut album. 
His talent became popular in 2009 when he started recording his first single called Let it shine. And the song is currently playing on national radios namely: Ikwekwezi fm,Good hope fm,Yfm and metro fm. Community radios namely: UCT Radio “cape town”, kcrs “Nkangala” and bush buck “cape town”. He appeared on TV show called Hectic 99 which further increased his fame. He has shared the stage with chomie,kwesta,zola and HHP just to name a few
