I was lucky enough to spend 10 days at the wonderful Mareh festival in Bahia, Brasil over New Year. It was an amazing time spent with old friends, new friends and in my opinion some of the best DJs around. 

The festival is set in Boipeba in Bahia and the parties are thrown on boats, beaches and in the jungle by the Mareh posse who really know how to make a party tick. In my opinion it is one of the best festivals you will ever come across.

This mix is inspired by those people, those times and the music I played and heard while on the Island.

Though this is my favorite version, it was never released on the final 12-inch. I was happy to know that the surviving members of the group enjoyed this re-work. I hope you do, too!
