Twelve months on from his outstanding debut album on Drumcode ‘Transmission’, Julian Jeweil returns with a stellar five-track EP.

Since his label debut in 2017 with EPs ‘Rolling’ and ‘Space’, Julian Jeweil has confirmed his place as one of Drumcode’s most vital artists. He’s been a mainstay of label events, playing the main stage of Drumcode Festival in both 2018 and 2019, Drumcode Halloween in ‘19 and multiple showcases at Watergate in Berlin. ‘Transmission’, his maiden LP, dropped in January 2019 and was an early year highlight, reinforcing his production nous.

Inspired by his experiences touring off the back of the album, ‘Schema’ EP offers up a quintuplet of cuts showcasing the rawer and ravier side of the Frenchman’s sound. The title track is an immersive roller, primed for a Sunday session at Berghain. ‘Outline’ ups the intensity with cascading synth effects and galloping beats. ‘Music’ is the delicious brain-scrambler thanks to its intoxicating brew of shuffling beats, vox and swirling acid. ‘Axis’ is a slam dunk of industrial bass and 303s that builds to a grin-inducing climax. ‘Landscape’ plunges the atmosphere into deeper territory, still propelled by a pummeling bass and acidic inflections.

Rez-A from the Netherlands started dj'ing since 2006. Genres like deephouse, techhouse, house, techno and some classics tunes u can hear in his sound. With his mixes he won two dj contests in 2014. Undergrounds Hidden Talent @ Toffler Rotterdam and Kweekvijver for a gig at Amsterdam Dance Event 2014 with Michel de Hey, Benny Rodriques, Steve Bug & Alex Niggemann (Poker Flat Recordings), Rauwkost & Wouter de Moor. From this moment on it's been going mad! He has been playing at venues like Hemkade, Panama, ADE 2014 & 2016, Beachclub Vroeger, Partyclub Rotterdam, Dolhuis, Club Envy, St. Tropez, Radio Fresh FM and even in Belgium. Since 2015 Rez-A is resident dj and host of techhouse & techno stage "House Of Tech" @ the biggist & craziest partie of Holland: Crazyland. House Of Tech is also the techhouse & techno area @ Pleasure Island Festival. Rez-A played at some great outdoor events in Holland like Herr Zimmerman Festival, B.I.T.C.H Festival, Pleasure Island Festival & Eindhoven goes Ibiza. LewdAntix has also secured its residency with The Area Collective and Selectech Sydney, and in a short time has cemented its position as one of the feature and prominent acts for the brand, playing alongside some of the finest local and international talent on offer including Parker, Katrina, Daniel Tonik, DTLA, Anto Nio, Tinah, and a stack of other rising local artists.

LewdAntix passion for the Underground sound began at a very young age, emulated through their Soundcloud podcast “Uncaged Radio”, featuring not only the newest deep tech, minimal and techno selections, but also securing some of Sydney’s finest for guest mixes. Their Soundcloud also features numerous live sets from previous events.
