Adam Beyer’s new EP titled ‘Teach Me’ is an accomplished piece of work that highlights Beyer's year thus far. 'Teach Me' starts with some eerie chords before the distinctive vocal kick in and the track drops into a rumbling techno track. ‘Darlek’ uses rhythmic beeps and huge synth stab to create a funky rhythm before the atmospheric pads create a beautiful setting for this incredible techno track. ‘Stop Talking’ is a deeper offering from Beyer using weird and unusual noises to create and interesting piece of work that is helped along by the throbbing bass underlying in the track. ‘Spaceman’ uses a rhythmic vocal, percussion and sub bass to turn this track into a funky techno piece.

Luigi Madonna returns to Drumcode a year after his superb single ‘Primo’ using familiar hooks, huge stabs and monstrous drums that storm across the dance floor which, are common with Mr Madonna. The hard hitting raw vibe of this EP gives Luigi an edge, with fluttering high’s and saturated lows, Luigi’s tracks are a mainstay in all DJ sets. The EP encompasses different emotions throughout that can be felt within the track ‘Singer One’, offering a more mellow side to Luigi’s already expansive catalogue.

Plastikman - EXhale (Dixon's Just A Different Mixdown Version)

It’s been a while since the first release on forTunea came out. Now it’s time to wake up from hibernation! Klaus Benedek delivers us this time with „Calm Before The Storm“ an extraordinary piece of music. This over 9 minute journey bundles the sound of current deep house with a breakbeat rhythm. This track takes its time and builds up to a smooth string chorus that will certainly give you goosebumps. The B-Side on the other hand stays more traditionally in the house sector. First we engaged the service of Vienna’s MPC wizard Roman Rauch (Philpot, Quintessentials, Tenderpark) to give KB’s track „Still Daydreaming“ a harder edge, while the EP’s title track on B2 bounces with it’s hypnotic filtered hookline the listener into new heights. Give this release a try! It is definitely a record that is quite unique in its own way. Enjoy!

Following acclaimed excursions on Hypercolour (‘Needs You EP’) and Will Saul’s Aus Music (‘Child EP’) last year, George FitzGerald is preparing to make his return to his Hotflush home for the first time since 2011. Premiering in FitzGerald’s debut Radio 1 Essential Mix last month as part of the ‘2013’s Future Stars’ series, ‘Thinking Of You’ is scheduled to drop as a Beaport exclusive on 18th March, with full physical release and accompanying tracks to follow in May.
 
Having displayed his innate understanding of how to craft a musical narrative with the Essential Mix, ‘Thinking Of You’ turns to the darker realms of the dance floor imbued with the same kind of precision-tooled grooves, nuanced melodic touch and emotive shades that have garnered him such praise in the past.
 
The last twelve months have been extremely busy for FitzGerald as he continues to capture the attention of industry heads and fans alike with his refined and emotive homegrown club music. Releasing music on his regular home Hotflush, as well as Will Saul’s Aus Music imprint and the acclaimed Hypercolour stable, not to mention his own burgeoning ManMakeMusic imprint, FitzGerald's flourishing discography continues to grow steadily but impeccably.
