Edward L. Angel has firmly established himself as a highly skilled Project Manager with a noteworthy track record in managing and executing multi-million dollar projects across various sectors. His career has been defined by a precise focus on enhancing operational efficiency and staying within budgetary constraints, making him a respected figure within the construction industry.

At the forefront of ELA Group, Inc., where he serves as President, Edward has handled numerous critical projects, particularly in federal contracts and healthcare facilities. His leadership was instrumental in successfully renovating the 307th BW HQ at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana, a complex project involving the phased renovation of a 23,000-square-foot building totaling $4 million. He also managed the extensive renovation of Riverview Theater and Hall in Shreveport, Louisiana, focusing on significant upgrades to finishes and MEP systems, with a project value of $2.8 million. Furthermore, he directed the renovation of the NSU Auditorium in Natchitoches, Louisiana, improving this college facility with a budget of $195,000.

Before his current role at ELA Group, Edward founded and led All Seasons Construction as its President and CEO. Under his guidance, the company managed various projects, including the significant addition to Converse High School, enhancing the school's capacity by 30%, the comprehensive LSU Library Renovation, which reorganized space to accommodate a new university bookstore and several new academic and administrative offices, and the Civic Center Expansion, where he oversaw a 22,000-square-foot addition completed under budget and ahead of schedule.

Edward's military background, including serving as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, further honed his project management skills. During his tenure, he led the construction of several critical infrastructure projects overseas. His projects included a $72 million airbase support facility in Qatar, a $65 million runway construction project at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan, and a $45 million airbase project in Balad, Iraq, encompassing new aircraft parking ramps and a concrete runway.

Educationally, Edward is well-prepared with advanced degrees that complement his extensive field experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Centenary College in Shreveport, LA, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology from Louisiana Tech University. His professional credentials include a Louisiana Contractor's License covering Building Construction, Mechanical, and Municipal/Public Works, and he is also a licensed commercial pilot with an instrument rating.

SUDO (Drumcode, Cocoon, Tronic) 
SUDO is a Live act and production team made up of Japanese brothers Isao and Takashi Sudo. Their techno sound is one that they have carefully fomented over the last two decades having first started out playing rock, jazz and new wave. After visiting hotspots like Rotterdam, Ibiza and Berlin in 2012, Isao decided to move his base to Berlin. 2016 was huge for SUDO with his Monogram EP on grammy awards producer Dubfire’s SCI+TEC which became a hit, was played by top DJs on dance floors all around the world, and led to them getting tapped up for many more new releases. These came on MINUS, Break New Soil, Octopus, in turn increasing their notoriety in Europe, North and South America. Gaining support from Adam Beyer, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier. Following SUDO's 2016 live debut with Dubfire SCI+TEC Showcase OFF Week Sonar, touring India and Australia, and he had big success in famous Cacao Beach in Bulgaria, then, many people on the dance music scene have high expectations of Japan's latest electronic live/DJ act, 
After 2023 is huge for them that released Cocoon, Tronic, then released “Real World EP“ on Drumcode. The track “ Real World“ got the number one spot in Beatport’s Techno (Peak Time / Driving) Chart. As collaboration, they have worked with Bart Skills, Jam El Mar (Jam & Spoon) Ken Ishii. Also They are well aware of that and promise to continue to break new ground going forwards. 

神戸出身の須藤崇と須藤功からなる実の兄弟DJ/プロデューサーユ ニット、SUDO。80年代のパンクロックをルーツとし、共にバンド活動で 音楽キャリアをスタートさせ、ロック、ジャズ、ニューウェーブ、クラッシッ クといった多ジャンルから多種多様な影響を受けるなか、90年代初頭に Sven Väth、Underworldなどのレコードに出会ったことでダンスミュージッ クにのめり込んでゆく。当時テクノトランスと呼ばれていたそれらの音源は彼 らに多大な衝撃を与え、これらの音楽を求め世界中のイベントを旅すること となる。また、当時関西エリアにはこういったイベントが殆どなく、複数の イベントを2人でオーガナイズしはじめる。なかでも98年に大阪・名村造 船所跡で行われた"TELEKTONON"が成功を収めローカルシーンでも注目され ることとなる。後にイベント名を"BLISSDOM"と改名し、関西、東海エリア にてシーンの拡大に貢献していく。
2011年にINDIGO名義でアルバムをリリース。イビサ のLas Daliasや韓国の名門クラブ"Volume"を単独で満員にしたり、ダンスミ ュージック販売サイトのKing Beatのトランス部門で1位を獲得するなど、音 楽制作でも目覚ましい才能が開花するなか、同年にテクノの楽曲制作に特化 したユニット、"SUDO"名義で活動をスタートさせる。SUDOのライブ活動の 中でも特に注目を集めたのは、喜多郎、ブライアン・イーノ、ヴァンゲリスな どの世界的に著名なアーティストたちが演奏してきた天河大弁財天社での数々 の奉納演奏に参加し、その経験が後にSUDOに音楽的にも多大な影響を与え ることとなる。2012年にはロッテルダム、イビサ島、ベルリンなどの滞在をきっかけに、Isaoはその活動拠点をベルリンに移すこととなる。数年の 昼夜を問わない音楽制作とパーティーでのデモ曲のプロモーション活動に明 け暮れるなか、彼らの才能がDeep Dishとしても有名であり、テクノ最重要レ ーベルのひとつである"SCI+TEC"主宰のDUBFIREの目に留まる。15年6月 には同レーベルから"MONOGRAM EP"のリリースが決定。これを機にイビサ をはじめとした世界中のトップクラブでSUDOのサウンドがヘヴィープレイさ れるきっかけとなり、Dubfireは一年以上の異例ともいえる期間彼らのヒット 曲”Invisible Space”をプレイし続けた。その後も、イタリアDeeperfect、 Agile、フランスScander、UKのNight Light RecordsやENTER.Ibiza CD、 スペインのStick Recordings、Selected Records、ハンガリーSet About、 Darkface Recoerdingsなど各国主要レーベルからリリースが続き、ヨーロッ パのみならず、北米・南米・アジア・オーストラリアからの多大な注目を浴び ている。さらにリミックスのオファーをエレクトロニックミュージックの伝 説的ユニットSystem7をはじめ、Alberto Ruiz、Andres Kampo、Gaga & Mateo!、Oscar Aguilera他多数から受け、2018年にはNicole Moudaber、Secret CinemaのレーベルMood Records、Gem Recordsから のEPをリリース。テクノのトップアーティストRichie Hawtin、Adam Beyer やPan-Potらのサポートを受け、世界各国のレーベルから日々楽曲提供やリミ ックス依頼が後を絶たない。またファッションブランドのルイ・ヴィトンや ミズノなどへの楽曲提供とダンスミュージックという枠を超えた活動も注目 されている。 2015年に待望のライブデビューを果たした彼らは、ageHa やバルセロナSonarでのSCI+TEC ShowcaseでDubfireとの共演、オランダの ビッグネームEgbertとのツアー、2018年には世界的に有名なブルガリアのト ップクラブCacao Beachでのギグを大成功させ、ヨーロッパを中心に、日本 人ライブアクトとして世界を舞台にした更なる活躍が期待されている現在最 注目のアーティストである。

Billy Stalin, nombre tan característico. Empezó a los 4 años gustos hacia la cultura electrónica.
Billy reconoció su talento localmente desde el 2014 con Deep House y electro house, etc.
Fue identificando más profundamente cada sonido e influenciándose con el estilo electrónico al detalle de cada uno.

Tiempo después a lo largo del 2010 se puso manos a la obra con la Mezcla desde entonces Billy empezó con sus sets característicos a los 10 años desde entonces y cada vez su acercamiento era más sincero.

En el 2019 dio un giro inesperado a la industria del techno ya que irrumpió en el 2019 con sonidos explícitos y fuertes desde la principal capital del Ecuador (Quito), Capital aclamada como la ''Carita de Dios''. (MITTLE OF EARTH)

ᗷIᒪᒪY TEᑕKᒍүOᑎ quiere llevar la experiencia del deejay a otro nivel experimental, un espacio donde la percepción en los decks... sea una sola (sonido moderno).
Esto lo llevó a fascinar a su audiencia, dando lugar a un nuevo talento con su gusto y fascinación en el mundo del Deejay y en conjunción con su estilo.
