EI8HT Records is the brand-new collaboration between longtime friends and DJ partners, Eats Everything and Andres Campo. Their aim? To focus on forward thinking techno that transcends through soulful and emotive electronic music, to high energy groove-laden club tracks. They want fans to experience their imagination and creativity with a string of releases derived from their undeniable love of electronic music.

After the huge success of the debut release by Avision, Ei8ht proudly present the uncompromising talents of Drumcomplex with an astounding 3 track EP. 

A scene stalwart since the 90s, Drumcomplex is a DJ, producer, label owner and crowd favourite. With a discography that spans from Carl Cox’s Intec and Monika Kruse’s Terminal M to Andre Crom’s OFF Recordings, his tough, funky tech style has continued to impress for 20 years. As a DJ, he regularly travels the world playing at clubbing hotspots on every continent. His own label, Complexed Records, set up in 2014, echoes Drumcomplex’s desire to make music that is clear in its structure and credible in its message. 

Starting with ‘Over You’ Drumcomplex drops a stomping groove over a creeping synth and echoed vocal for maximum dance floor devastation. Title track, Disco, is a lighter affair with bubbling synths and sparse percussion. Hypnotic and relentless, its appeal is hard to miss. Finally, ‘Black’ showcases some complex drum work and a spiky bassline. Peak time power from the German maestro.

Max Reichardt aka MRT wurde 1990 in Meisenheim geboren.

Seine Liebe zur Elektronischen Musik weckte sein Interesse selbst zu Performen. Erst Privat und im März 2015 das erste mal vor Publikum, auf einer Veranstaltung in Kaiserslautern.
Seine Anhängerschaft wuchs von Auftritt zu Auftritt. 

Fasst man MRT etwas weiter zusammen, kann die Gesamtheit seiner tanzbaren Rhythmischen Beats mit ausgeprägtem elektronischen Charakter, dem „Bereich Techno“ zugeordnet werden. Dazu gehören auch Stilrichtungen wie:
 Melodic-Techno,Techno,Acid,AcidTechno und Trance. 

Durch die Verschmelzung mehrerer Stilarten formt MRT seinen ganz eigenen Sound. Dies spiegelt sich in großer Vielfalt in seinen Techno Sets wieder, sowie auch in seiner eigenen Podcastreihe „Studio Mühlstr“.

BT Wubz is a multi-genre (and somewhat begrudgingly open-format) DJ who hails from the Fort Walton Beach-Pensacola area. He is a compulsive Spotify playlist maker who decided to make a career out of music curation. He has had DJ residencies at numerous Pensacola venues including Play, Seville, Cabaret, O’Rileys and 200 South, as well as co-hosting Pensacola’s monthly LGBTQ+ dance party, Liberation! He has opened for up and coming house producers such as OMNOM, DJ Flashdrive and most recently, Westend.
