On January 22nd I played my only gig in January, yes, thanks to the omicron wave we had to deal with loads of cancellations once more beginning of this year. But I do think this pandemic is soon over, the world opens up again and we will see us more and more on the dance floor. Nevertheless that one gig that I played in January was an absolute treat. It was for @blackworksclub at the venue La Rivera in Madrid and I am not sure exactly what it was, but the night was a total blast. What a crowd! For those who were there and read this now, thanks so much for those awesome vibes! You went totally wild, jumped on top of each other and didn’t stop raving and smiling, not even only for a minute. What an energy in that place, kind of made up for all the non happening gigs that month. Thank you so much. I hope that comes across in the recording. There are still first times happening for me in Europe, even after travelling and DJing the continent for almost 25 years now. But I have never ever made it to Cyprus before. So on March 24th it was my very first time on this beautiful island, and it could not have gone any better. The awesome crew of @technohabitsnicosia were such amazing hosts, real outstanding. And what a cool location in the middle of nowhere really. I felt like in the early days of raves. Not to mention the amazing crowd in the Camelot (yes, indeed it looked like a little old English castle). Cyprus, I feel a whole lot of love for all of you there. What an awesome event you put up, I cannot say enough how thankful I am that you invited me and I really hope to be back super soon. Maybe in the summer? So now I am happy to share the 3+ hour set I got to play there with all of you. Hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed playing it. This episode is based on inspiration that Sceptical C got after visiting club PIP in the Hague, at the event BANG! of Remy Unger.

As an Artist, whom grew from the beginnings of DJ'ing with vinyl in the 90's, he loves to blend so many genres together, as long as it consists elements of driving frequencies, telling his sincere musical story.

The sounds that are transmitted while behind the decks, either as Sceptical C or Shaman RaHis, consist of frequency and indigenous based sounds which he often blends with Techno, Melodic Techno, Afro house, House, Tech House, but most definitely tracks containing healing and regenerating frequencies and so much more. The musical story consist of a drive that will make the dance floor move because of the frequencies being broadcasted from the hearth, through the available channels blended together live, on the fly, unpredicted and no preselected tracks.

Whenever or where ever you encounter Shaman RaHis, all of his musical frequential magic, will contain percussive vibes that are received in such a way by the audience, that it will make them get in such a state of happiness that will make them keep their bodies moving with maximum enjoyment, forgetting their day to day life, while healing themselves on the dance floor. Especially when the audience opens up to receive the healing frequencies heard and felt, transferred via the sound system.
