Today, thousands of brave Belarusians stand side by side for their rights to freedom of speech and transparent elections. This is a hard time for the country due to governmental actions that attempt to force the Belarusian people to believe in the legitimacy of the acting president. They do this through brutal punishments, beating, outrage, kidnapping and by killing peaceful opposers of the government.

Despite this, citizens are uniting and showing solidarity for their nation. People support each other all over the country. Every day, people stand in kilometers of human chains and take part in peaceful protest marches. Employees of the largest enterprises are on strike. Simple people and volunteers help those arrested and affected by government repression both financially and legally.

While inspiring the people of Belarus to do everything to be heard, it's very important to keep a positive spirit, because now Belarus has a real chance to overcome difficulties and build a better future. That's why SuckPuck records unite 27 musicians from all over the world, who made music for this compilation to show appreciation and solidarity to honest, brave and peaceful people and help them win this fight against the evil dictatorship!
