Toriel and Asgore replace Napstablook and Mad Dummy, respectively. Though their roles are expanded upon. Both of them will appear at the same time and this particular song will be one of the recurring ones. As for why they talk and look like that, Toriel and Asgore have signed a contract to work for METTATON in his huge, grand hotel. In return, they must wear MTT-brand uniforms and look as flamboyant as possible. They shall appear professional or in MTT's word, glamorous to attract more tenants. At first, they feel awkward and weird about this whole thing, but as long as they help people, that's all that matters!

FUN FACT: Both of their designs are based on the Magypsies from MOTHER 3
