Spring 2022 selection of afro house tracks with cuban (?) intro.

The first idea was a recording of another radio SPINcast episode with different releases of 2022 spring with afro & tribal tracks in the middle part.
Durring recordig I've postponed 3 breakbeat tunes but saved organic tracks at the begining and focused on tracks with afro drums and voices in general. That's it.
That's why it's another drwalcast with theme and another one with light afro vibe - from savannah wind, desert strom to tribal fury and wild creatures. It's all about colours of ARFICA.

Here it is, annual sound compilation of my favourited electronic (mostly) albums of 2024 is on SoundCloud.It took me a while to listen as much as I could, make final selection and put all these track together in 2hr Ableton mix.

I've picked 26 tracks plus one acapella (from LP I wanted to mention by respect).

Few days I was doing mix, looking for interesting and acurate blends between tracks making some eq tweaks and sync (where they needed).

This is definitely not a djmix for dance to. It's closer to concept-album formula with some highs and downs, upper and slower tracks but all of them mixed.It's a great pleasure for me mix like this. I attended the remix contest of the Stimming ft.Dominique Fricot track: Key's don't match. Although I didn't win I'm still very happy with the result. Sharing it here with you!

Stimming - Keys Dont Match (Tijn Driessen Remix)

Santiago El Grande by Salvador Dalí (1957) is a masterful oil-on-canvas that stands as a resounding emblem of his “nuclear mysticism” phase. The composition features Saint James the Great, the patron saint of Spain, rearing triumphantly from the sea atop a white stallion, gripping an oversized crucifix an image both heroic and mystical. From a four-petalled jasmine flower a symbol of purity and one of Dalí’s personal favorites an atomic explosion erupts, propelling the supernatural tableau skyward, merging religious reverence with scientific wonder. Framing this ascension is a ribbed, cathedral-vault-like tracery that fans out in a celestial canopy, referencing Gothic pilgrimage architecture and specifically alluding to the Camino de Santiago and the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. The saint’s harness is adorned with scallop shells a nod to the pilgrimage tradition while the prominent bare foot, modeled on Dalí’s own, symbolizes the common pilgrim, Everyman, on a spiritual journey. Gazing contemplatively from the lower right is a small, veiled figure possibly the Virgin Mary or the artist’s muse, Gala adding a quiet, human presence to the dramatic scene. Further complexity emerges in the partial transparency of some figures, the foreshortened forms that enhance three dimensionality, and subtle details like angels embedded within the horse’s anatomy. Originally intended for the Spanish pavilion at the 1958 Brussels World’s Fair (and perhaps as an altarpiece for the Escorial), the painting was ultimately acquired by Lady Dunn and donated to the Beaverbrook Art Gallery in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Its inaugural public exhibition took place in New York in 1958 at M. Knoedler & Co., and it later featured in the “Salvador Dalí: The Late Work” exhibition at Atlanta's High Museum of Art in 2010–11.

This rich fusion of devotional imagery, geometric form, personal symbolism, and atomic-age sensibility cements Santiago El Grande as one of Dalí’s most profound and visually arresting statements where the sacred, the scientific, and the surreal all converge in a dramatic, transcendent vision.

༓Behind The Glass Everything Moves༓

After 15 years of collecting music, there are a lot of tracks don’t ever find a home on a dance floor.. they don’t need to, they are for other purposes.. for mellow afternoons, moonlit nights in the garden or cozy couch sessions with rain drops knocking on the windows. They are the kind of tracks that are discovered while endless digging sessions on Bandcamp, or they pop up when riding my bike home, and they make me stop at the side of the street since I want to save them and throw them into my big dreamy track pool.
Here’s my current selection of these tracks, all weaved into a continuous story. A mellow, soft and slow story.. one that hopefully takes you to all these places that I envision, when I listened to them for the first time. Enjoy 💫

I am very happy to share my set from Mystic Creatures festival, where I played a 3 hours tribal and psychedelic downtempo journey at the wildly magical Creatures Corner Thursday night.

What an experience! On an island shrouded in mist this stage was really actually a witches village, with mystic creatures lurking at every corner, not to say on the dancefloor. And a gigantic witches cauldron boiling in the middle of the dancefloor. I mean; could it exist a more perfect space for me to share my witchy sound!  💜🦉🐾🍄🌚🔥🔮🧙🏼🧚‍♂️💖

I am very grateful to have been invited to come and play my downtempo style at this beautiful gathering. It was the first time I played many of my new and unreleased tracks, and it was truly touching to feel the entusiasme, energy and togetherness from all of you. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
So many smiles, hearts, moments of going deep, moments of flying high, so many magical moments.
Thank you all for going on this journey with me. Thank you for the trust and openness. I really felt the love emanating from the dancefloor , and I keep it with me in my heart.

Nieprzerwanie aktywny na scenie muzycznej jako DJ, dziennikarz, booker. 
Odwiedził niezliczoną ilośc klubów, gościł na wielu festiwalach występując przed takimi elektronicznymi artystami jak Sven Vath, gusgus, Dub Pistols, Robert Babicz, Kollktiv Turmstrasse, Mimi Love, Chus & Ceballos, Paul Van Dyk, Kings of Tomorrow, Tom Novy, Greg Benz, Mijk Van Dijk, Takkyu Ishino, Rowan Blades, Corvin Dalek, Subsky, Lady B, Laidback, Rasmus, DMX Krew, Dr. Motte, Marusha, Westbam, Apollo 440, DJ Quicksilver oraz przed publicznością cyklicznych eventów jak Techno Dance Mission, Mayday Polska, Parada Wolności Łódź i innych.
