Bade & Papu is a collaboration between Daniel Bade and Raphael Papu Jo Fedtke. Besides a longstanding friendship and a lot of experience as DJs and promoters, the two have one thing in common: Their love for downtempo!
Although the two are inseparable, they could not be more different. When it comes to music, Daniel pays great attention to detail and leaves hardly anything to chance. He has a preference for driving and very electronic sounds. Raphael, on the other hand, is bursting with creativity and loves to drift in the moment. His sound is soulful and strongly influenced by oriental music.
But it's those differences that lead to something very special: A heavy danceable and emotional sound full of love.

It was my pleasure and honour to play a sunset set and send it with my fellow comrades at Temple of Boom at Burning Seed 2018. There are two tracks in this mix that unintentionally made their way in there - Burning Sun (DAVI remix) by Monolink and Burning Soul by CIOZ which I suppose perfectly epitomize how that moment and entire weekend felt in the bush. 

I loved the transition from day into night, which allowed me to start soft and build heaviness toward the end. The chosen tracks are what’s been on the tip of my ears lately - a combination of deep, melodic and progressive, with a touch of afro house for good measure 🌶

Thanks for having me brothers. You set my soul on fire 🙏🏽 I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did playing it xx
