Love you my brothers and sisters. We all are family don’t matter what you look like. What matters is how you are, how you think, how you behave, how you act alone and with others, be good to the younger ones , give them help or attention and put elders we need to honor, appreciate and respect. When they talk you listen because they know something you don’t even if you already have the knowledge they can give you a different perspective than what you have grown accustomed to. Help us be healthy, honest and be the best we can be at our profession so that our business does what it is supposed to do and get paid for.  RESPECT needs to be offered as a Degree in college, even to the PHD level. If we all had a better understanding of what all Respect encompasses it would dramatically improve our world in ways we could never imagine. War would be a thing the past, the Earth and its Creatures would be able to heal. Animals and plants wouldnt be endangered the air woild be fresher without pollution, technology would not be so intrusive and doctors would professionally do their duty and actually heal people . The Medical mistreatmebt thatbpeople have experienced becsuse some Physcian or Surgeon was PRACTICING which means they are not not fully competent at what they are licensed to do. Let a Electrician practice on your and not take his job as serious as he needs to ajd your house will catch fire from wiring it wrong or a plumber practice doing the toilet and shower plumbing and you get a hot piss shower instead of clean water?  The different people, culture, food, places or language is what makes our world great, everything the same would be the worst. A new way of living with a new understanding and appreciation for Respect is what we need.  Thanks
