Kate Meow Troyan. Forever 32. Rest in peace, unicorn. We will always miss you.

Kateryna died on June 5, 2025 while performing a combat mission in the Pokrovskoye direction of Donetsk Oblast. Despite her extremely serious injuries, she was evacuated alive to the Mechnikov Hospital in Dnipro, but she could not be saved.

Kateryna made over 1,000 successful combat missions with FPV drones. She participated in the most difficult areas of the front, in particular in the "Kursk Campaign". She was an incredibly talented warrior who combined combat effectiveness, humanity, sincerity and complete dedication.

Her comrades, commanders and volunteers knew and respected her. Her image - one of the most famous female drone pilots - was included in the international photo exhibition "Women in Defense of Ukraine", which was supported by top officials and international partners.

Kateryna "Meow" has become a true symbol of indomitability, professionalism and inner strength. Her feat is worthy of the highest state award.

I ask that the memory of Kateryna Troyan be honored at the state level - to award her the title of Hero of Ukraine (posthumously).
