Gavnlig's attention to detail and fine tuned ears has brought an immaculate soundscape that takes you for an 18 minute sonic and emotional journey through his 'Living in Fear' Ep. Beginning in the realm of doubt with 'Unappeasable' he tentatively starts the album with her cheeky cords and syncopated kick rhythms keeping us gripped and awaiting more. We are then brought into the depths of her despair with 'Low Point', dark and brooding with challenging throbs of bass. Next the title track 'Living in Fear' created with thoughts of acceptance lightens up with playful chord lines and sharp snare hits. Followed by 'From the Ashes' arguably the pinnacle of creativeness within the Ep, brought on by the feelings of over-coming we are reborn 'from the ashes' with Gudjon's off-kelter rhythms and break chops, shedding a whole new light on Uk Bass music to top off the Ep.

After acclaimed releases on leading UK Jungle labels Rupture and Western Lore, Eusebeia continues a steady procession of creative vehicles for Samurai Music with the LP X . Tweaking the textural layers to lean towards the Samurai Music shade has been a winning formula with his previous EPs for the label 'Fall The Rise' and 'Omen' lighting a musical spark that has turned into a burning flame of creativity that shows no sign of stopping.

X is based on a concept Eusebeia used to tie the LP together as explained by him:

"X is about what is known, particularly with things relating to the past and present, but even more so the unknown, and the future. While these things are intrinsically linked and the past informs the future, there is a perpetual sense of the unknown when looking toward the future, which is why it's best to stay in the present. X is an acceptance of the uncertainty and unknown nature of things to come, but also an acknowledgment of what has come before and got us to the point we are at now, and the inevitability we can/will continue to progress accordingly."

X is an accomplished manifesto of re-imagined Jungle, a mastery of the form that has its sights set firmly on longevity.

Born and raise in Geneva and Junglist from day 1! I bought my first vinyl early 2000 and became resident dj at "le zoo" club in L'Usine (Geneva / Switzerland). 
Despite my love of playing other people's music, i decided to start to produce my own tunes. Influenced by some legendaries producers like Ed rush & Optical, Dj Ron, Tom & Jerry (4 Hero), Dillinja... 
Taking most of my inspirations from this mad world we're living in and transform them in a positive message through music.
I am Always trying to push the limits, breaking barriers and trying some new tricks of mixes mainly inspired by dub ancient techniques. 
Music to me has no frontiers.
