Acclaimed DJ and production duo the Stafford Brothers harness and apply endless energy to every aspect of their multi-faceted career, diverting it from the studio and the stage into extensive entrepreneurial pursuits and ancillary businesses. As a result, the brotherly pair of Chris and Matt count multiple platinum certifications, tens of millions of streams, three consecutive ITM Awards as “Number One DJ’s,” an ARIA nomination, among their growing list of achievements. 

After grinding it out in their native Australia for years, the duo achieved a major international breakthrough by way of the 2013 single “Hello” [feat. Lil Wayne & Christina Milian]. Not only did it go triple-platinum Down Under, but it also vied for “Song of the Year” at the ARIA Music Awards. They landed in the coveted DJ Mag Top 100 in addition to the ITM honors and have collaborated with the likes of Lil Yachty, Jayceeoh, Waka Flocka Flame, Rick Ross, Steve Aoki, and more. Just before lockdown, the Stafford Brothers were selling out shows across the globe in iconic venues such as Miami’s E11EVEN, FarOut Beach Club in Greece, San Diego’s Parq, among others. On May 5, 2021, The Stafford Brothers performed to 50,000 people at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane for the NRL triple-header. DJ, producer and live instrumentalist, Timmy Trumpet is undoubtedly the most explosive name in the electronic music scene. An award-winning, multi-platinum selling recording artist, Timmy’s discography boasts of over 3 billion streams on Spotify alone, and includes collabs with artists like Armin Van Buuren, DV&LM, Alok and many more. His breakout single “Freaks” has clocked over 1 billion streams globally, becoming the highest selling single of all time on Ministry of Sound Australia. 

Famous for his high-octane live sets, Timmy Trumpet’s Tomorrowland performances sit among the most viewed on the world-famous festival’s YouTube channel. His distinctive approach to DJing has attracted some major names in entertainment, leading to a Lollapalooza Mainstage performance alongside Oscar-winner Jared Leto and Thirty Seconds to Mars, as well as a featured appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Kolohe Kai – A local Hawaii reggae band that began in high school, Kolohe Kai translates in Hawaiian to “rascal waters”. Leader singer and song-writer Roman De Peralta started writing songs at the age of fifteen and was noticed by a very successful record label here in Hawaii. After winning the state-wide talent show “Brown Bags to Stardom”, Roman went on his way with a group of friends to release an all-original album entitled “This is the Life”. As a senior in high school, Roman never expected to have his very first song on the radio. The unexpected success of this album lead Kolohe Kai to graduate high school in 2010 with two Na Hoku Hanohano award nominations. After releasing the second album “Love Town”, Kolohe Kai made their official New Zealand and Australia debut, head-lining their very first tour. After much traveling and performing, Roman decided to take a break, which lasted a couple years. Now renewed and refreshed Kolohe Kai has returned and has just released a third album entitled “Paradise”. This all-original album contains ten songs Roman wrote while away from his music career. He spent the majority of his time volunteering to help people discover a better future through Bible education. With all the love and joy experienced on that journey, the album track “Paradise” was inspired. He hopes the fans feel that same happiness from his music. Through all the trials and heartache these days can bring, Kolohe Kai is continuing to see the good in life and share that view with millions around the world. Once transmitted through speakers and into the airwaves, music belongs to the people. The audience ascribes meaning and significance to songs and ultimately absorbs them for life.

By the same token, SIX60 belong to listeners. The history-making award-winning New Zealand quintet—Matiu Walters [vocals, guitar], Marlon Gerbes [keyboard], Ji Fraser [lead guitar], Chris Mac [bass], and Eli Paewai [drums]—stir rock, reggae, funk, and pop together with a twist of kiwi roots music and Maori instrumentation. Invoking this spirit and Kiwi roots, their latest music and next evolution showcases traditional Maori instruments such as Pūtātara and Pūkāe (stone and long trumpets), Bone Kōauao (Bone Flute), and Karanga Weka (Stone Flute). “We want to take our Maori culture and put it into a mainstream radio world,” exclaims Matiu. “There are only a handful of people in the world who can play these instruments, and we felt getting them into a mainstream album could give them a chance to stay alive.”
Over a decade before breaking records and selling out stadiums back home or signing to Epic Records stateside, the boys then welcomed the world into their musical ecosystem and set a career precedent in 2008 while still students.

“At University of Otago, we shared a flat at 660 Castle Street in Dunedin, New Zealand,” recalls Matiu. “We originally didn’t name the band. Instead, our first college fans gave the band the name by calling us the ‘SIX60 Boys,’ which evolved into SIX60. We adopted this philosophy into our albums. The fans add the final touches and have naming rights over things we do. The songs aren’t done until the audience has them. So, the album doesn’t really have a spirit or a name until the crowd consumes it.”

As such, SIX60 engender a rare level of devotion from fans, bordering on downright phenomenal. The group’s 2011 full-length, SIX60 (I. The Gold Album), bowed at #1 on the charts in New Zealand and eventually went septuple-platinum. SIX60 (II. The Colours Album). saw them reclaim the top spot on the charts in 2015 and go quintuple-platinum. To date, New Zealand single sales exceed 1 million as global streams surpass 200 million and counting. At the 2018 NZ Music Awards, they garnered “Best Group” in addition to five other honors.

A year later, they made history. Performing their biggest show to date, they sold out Western Springs Stadium in New Zealand and became “the first New Zealand Act to Sell 50,000 Tickets to a Show at the Stadium” (They repeated the same feat for 2020!). The gig proved to be a major milestone both professionally and musically.
