Dsompa, meaning "flowing together" in Tibetan, is the artistic endeavor of Philipp, a dedicated DJ and producer based in Hamburg, Germany.

Immersed in the enchanting world of electronic music since the late 90s, Dsompa found inspiration in the rich culture, art, and unique sounds of the psychedelic subculture. His musical journey took a pivotal turn in early 2007 when, spurred on by friends from the Ruigoord Community in Amsterdam, he delivered his inaugural DJ set in the transformed confines of a squatted church, now a dance-temple in Ruigoord.

The essence of Dsompa's sonic exploration is distilled from the lessons of his life and the profound experiences he has encountered. This amalgamation serves as the foundation for the captivating soundscapes he crafts for the dance floor. Rooted in the belief that life is an ever-evolving journey, Dsompa invites us to collectively shape a better future through the transformative power of music.
