Born at the same age as everyone else (so nothing remotely distinctive there)...
Started learning the piano aged 7, and composing music from about 13.
Gained a degree in music from Reading University (UK), and did 3 year's postgraduate study (as a Bass-Baritone) at the Royal College of Music Opera School (London).
Spent number of years in music profession as an opera singer, then a decade or more out of music as a software programmer and designer. Now back as a composer and musician.
