Bright clear mix, with great percussion sounds (esp the toms, love those). The rest of the sound design perhaps is a missed opportunity (although I like the wide pad sound, very JMJ), some of the sounds are a little flat for my tastes.

Possibly the most pleasing melodies and echoes in #179.  Well done indeed.  Well crafted song.  I will be adding it to my playlist.

The mastering is possibly a little quiet compared to other entries.

I really like the very clean sound - the leads are reading a little loud to me, but that may be just a personal style preference.

Your drums punch through really well.  Very compressed feel but they still have tone, so it works!

Man love the melody, the chord changes and textures you chose.  Really good.

I discovered AuroraFM this month, thanks to Elvicente. I love it. Really underrated synth. FYI I made 9 tracks just with it this month. in those 9 tracks some sounds are dx7 patches I found online, some factory, some Elivicente, some tweaked, some mine. Maybe some dexed patches but I doubt it... I don't recall exactly for each track. This track was entered based on the discord consensus from 5 I posted there.

Then a brief moment of chaos as the election comes and goes.  Finally it's back to the comfort of hope for the future, and we settle down with an easy, comfortable play out to the year.

Its a single Grid patch triggering 2* 24 Oscillators tuned in the overtone row. One set plays the first 24 overtones, the other set plays the first 24 prime number overtones. Each oscillator in a set has a different speed. I modulate the waveforms and the attack and decay times of the oscillators, which creates the changing sounds...
