almost all kind of music leads into areas that have nothing to do with our largely rationalized everyday life. making music has a lot to do with the mind, but rarely only addresses the mind, but almost always the emotions. music gets under your skin, touches your soul and heart, provokes memories and arouses longings.
any kind of music lives ... music is the answer ;)

I've been loving listening to DJs for a long time and enjoying a good dance for over 14 years. I've had close friends who have learnt how to play and I've watched them refine their abilities and grow in popularity. Last year  I reached the point to where I wanted to see what was involved behind the scenes. This year, 2013, is the first time I've attempted to put up a recorded set. I started learning how to play, at the beginning of last year.  I've mucked around at home a lot, played at a few small parties and one outdoor gig. I still have a lot to learn, but loving the experience. Thanks for taking the time to listen.
