In einer Zeit der vielen Umbrüche, mögen sie schön oder weniger erfreulich sein, freuen wir uns besonders, KLAUDIA als Teil des Resident DJ Teams vorzustellen. 
Als fester Bestandteil der Szene in Oslo organisierte sie bereits mannigfache Veranstaltungen und machte einen Ort, der sowieso schon länger in Nacht gehüllt ist, zum Tag.
Doch wie kann man eine künstlerisch tätige Person besser beschreiben, als mit ihrer eigenen Kunst?
“Ich hab den Mix “Get Closer” genannt. Dem zugrunde liegt der Mangel an sozialen Kontakten, den die allermeisten von uns gerade schmerzlich erfahren. Wir können nur von dem Tag träumen, an dem wir wieder zusammenkommen, das Leben feiern, wie wir es gewohnt waren und hoffen, dass dieser Tag in absehbarer Zukunft liegt. Ich hab einige Tracks zusammengestellt, die mir in letzter Zeit sehr nah gegangen sind und daraus ein Set konstruiert, dass das Gefühl transportieren soll, von welch wunderbaren Menschen ich umgeben bin, die zu wundervoller Musik tanzen.”

The album ‘Songs From The End Of The World’ by Norwegian artists Ost & Kjex was released in June 2022 via their Snick Snack Music. The enigmatic electronic music duo have taken the stage in iconic spaces across the world such as Rex Club, Panorama Bar, Fuse, Fabric, Sonar & more. They now recruit a star-studded cast who frequent the same institutions to remix three of the tracks featured on the LP, calling in Chloé, The Maghreban and Thomas Melchior for a versatile & fun EP. Chloé kicks off the release with a retro remix of ‘The Gallery’, its resonant bassline cruising alongside tantalising vocals and an infectious groove. The Maghreban then flips ‘Dickies Pix’ into an eerie, high-energy club track filled to the brim with spectral percussion, arpeggiating keys and growling acid bass. Lastly, Thomas Melchior re-imagines ‘Mountain Girl’, complete with a slow-building rhythm, hypnotising vocals and dubby fx hits, turning the track into a trippy chugger perfect to warm up the crowd or wind down the party. Arno Gonzalez is producing a modern house sound that sometimes ventures into melodic territory close to Electronica, the Angevin artist was first spotted by the Parisian label Missive, then by Timid Records, on which he released his debut album “Encounters”, as well as a number of EPs and remixes...

Today, he is one of the spearheads and leaders of Brique Rouge, David Duriez's label, with whom he is on a mission to perpetuate and reinvent a certain vision of House and Techno music.

With this second album, which marks “the end of innocence”, Arno explodes the codes of his music to better transcend them. We find his inimitable touch, a particular sound that is sometimes minimal, sometimes warm and melodious, a real signature on 13 tracks that tell a real story.

If this is the end of innocence, it's also the beginning of maturity.




Brique Rouge label is a pillar of the French House underground since 1999.

The label continues to disseminate the electronic sound David Duriez believes in, far from formatting and excessive vulgarity. Reasons for the small break since last year’s seminal ‘Behind The Sun / The Chasedown’? A lot of remix work – which will see the light of day in the following months - and more importantly: finishing his long awaited debut album. The LP is called ‘Frames Of Reference’ and will be released this autumn. The 2 tracks on this single – a double a-side - are both featured on the album and should give you a taste of what flavours to expect.

‘On The Edge’ & ‘Perplexed’ complement each other perfectly. The first is a raw peak time cut, while the latter is a more atmospheric & hypnotic piece for the afterhours.
Both pieces bring display strong & intense techno with an incredible sense for depth & detail. Few seem to master these qualities like Ø [Phase] does.
