Manku, singer and composer who inherited the legacy of the McLean and Whitaker music dynasty, represent the purest form or roots reggae coming from Manchaneel Bay in Old Providence, an island preserved by time in the Colombian Caribbean. Manku is a fisherman that’s been playing the guitar since he was a teenager capturing with his songs hundreds of islander´s daily life stories, his songs praise Jah, equality and social justice.

Reasons Chant and Plant is a combination of Earth Wind and Fire, Howie T and Rottz Underground. the song is all about food safety and security and healthy vibrations through our living and what we eat.
